In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
It was for baiting, however with all due respect I maintain it wasn't baiting at all and it was either a misunderstanding or people don't like loosing.

Why should we unban you ?
Because it was completely fair, and I understand I have had 2 last chances but can I seriously be banned for something which was actually within the rules and followed all of your guidelines. It wasn't baiting because it wasn't for the intent of a gunfight, it was full rp with already a few minuets prior of initiation. This is the rule, "Baiting - Baiting for the sake of a gunfight is not roleplay. Punishment is a ban. Examples: Flying over someone with a chopper waiting for warning shots to instantly shoot them back, robbing a service station with the intent of a gunfight, etc." The second example of this rule states this, "intent of a gunfight", this had nothing to do with our situation so the ban was completely uncalled for.
With all due respect this was either a misunderstanding or a biased siding by the admin. If you have video evidence please post the ENTIRE encounter, not just the last few minuets for me and all my gang members.

Also, all of my gang members were also banned, one of which had NOTHING to do with the whole situation.

Why were you outside kavala HQ, just shooting guns off into no where? Also the admin is not in the police, so how is this biased, get some facts before accusing the admin of being biased.

Im not sure if my friend told you or not, but it was part of a role-play movie. the reason I accuse that of the Admin is because i was not banned when we were shooting, i was not banned about 5 minutes after my friend initiated the first time, when i killed the first police officer, but i was banned however after my friend initiated a second time when i had a position over looking everyone and starting shooting at the police, thats when a admin teleported up behind me, knocked me out, restrained me then allowed the police to come up and kill me, then ban me after only seeing what i presume as 5 minuets of the whole encounter.

These are my "facts". An admin randomly teleported behind me with a gun out and let the police kill me mid role-play. With all due respect i don't think you can deny that this was a biased siding. I also took the time to think about all this and my friend Basse was also banned however he wasn't even there for the whole movie/gun situation and he was banned too, so if your admins were watching they either weren't watching the whole thing as they would know he wasn't there or you were watching the whole thing, saw he wasn't there and banned him anyway because it was biased. Im not sure if you have read Crombinator's un-ban appeal yet, but he is (with reason) very annoyed by this as it was completely unfair. If it wasn't biased, you should have banned us immediately, then we could simply explain what it was all about however with your prolonged refusal to ban us we continued a perfectly good role-play until we got the upper hand and then we were banned.

Im not sure if your aware of this, but i was killed with rebel gear which is extremely expensive and cost me a lot of hours trying to get, but again i was killed by an ADMIN who didn't know what was going on and let the police kill me for unknown reasons. Those hours and hard work was spent on YOUR server, following YOUR rules and regulations.

Im not sure how your server works, but i would hazard a bet that for it to continue being a success you need people to play, and to play we need to follow your rules which i understand and respect. However why am i and my friends banned when we FOLLOWED YOUR RULES. With all due respect, without people like us to do this role-play and enjoy your server, it wouldn't be the success it is, so for you to ban a group of people who followed your rules is mind-blowing. Me and my friends have waited and waited for a intelligent reply and conversation with one of your admins however all i have got is silence, and all my friends have got is "It was Baiting...".

The only reason I can think of this is that you have NO evidence or any point of interest and before you say i understand that this is the bottom of your priorities but the fact that 3 people excluding me are following this unban appeal and i have, at the time of this being written, 107 views or so i would be willing to bet that you have seen this and have had time to process this considering i posted this originally on 10/7/16, so for this reason I think we should be unbanned.

For such a simple case this is taking up too much time. I'll take the blame for this as I was the one who didn't shadowplay the situation. If I had video you would be forced to admit you did bait, and carry on with the appeal. As everyone is refusing to tell the truth, I will make the call and deny these appeals.

If you wish to appeal in the future, I suggest you tell the whole truth.
