well 2 days ago me and my buddies were at the blood diamond cutter when one of the recruits said hands up or youre dead or something which was weird as he doesnt have the premission to decide that kind of stuff i tried getting on the server today i noticed i got banned a staff member found the forum and i clicking the link checked out the video and then when i was looking at it i saw that i didnt fire at them untill someone shot so i reacted impulsive and started shooting i RDM'd someone even though i never shot a person (it says rdm when i try to join the sever but on the report its poor/low quality roleplay) its kind of weird what happened after looking at the video ill just link here:https://plays.tv/video/5a2d5d1b90c654462c/3-vs-1?from=user there it is. i never rdmed nor talked i was associated because a recruit didnt know how to roleplay (btw he didnt make it in the gang obviously) and i kindof felt screwed over by that but thats my point of view.

Why should we unban you ?
i am a member of the community and i feel like the server is one of the best if not probably the best of the arma roleplay community and i want to enjoy that and take part in that community so i can have my time on there and have the same amount of quality roleplay unlike most other servers where its not on the same level. ive been on here since 26 october which may not be long but its long enough to realise theres no other server like RPUK where i had tons of fun met so many new people made friends and also archenemys and when encountering RP situations where some quality roleplay was nessecary it was given and i had such a good time and never got bored of it until i noticed i got BANNED. thats it for me i hope you guys think about it and consider having me back in your serverv and also get back to me as soon as you can since i know how busy you guys are.

well right of the bat it wasnt even my idea to go ahead and rob the guys and i saw it was bad initation straight away and i would never do such stupid acts i just want to bring some good roleplay to the server and make people laugh sometimes rage quit but mostly laugh tho and i dont want to break rules and i try not to thats what i got for u

 
Report aside after having a quick look through our player records you have been warned by staff three times in four days this month for the following

Swearing out of RP

Getting Shot in a gun fight and breaking NLR (Even though you claimed it was an accident) And you where instructed what to do in future if you accidentally do it again

Last but not least you where warned sending a stupid admin request and you claimed that it was just "fun"

You state you "dont want to break rules" however you seem to be very good at it. Could you please explain to us why you have been so sloppy recently and what assurance do we have that you wont continue with your old ways if we just unban you?

 
honestly i try not to break rules i have read trough the rules very specifcly when i started noticing my warnings thinking it might be me being the problem but its all bit coincedental that ive gotten three warnings so back to back like which made me stress for getting a ban which did indeed happen. i must say tho the swearing out of rp was a bit of rage but i didnt break rp thats for sure at least from what i could remember. and aswell i just would love to be back on the server and get playing. i did see the stupidity in the admin request messages and i found it childish i should definitly not have done that espacially after those warnings it was just stupid of me. its just obviously up to you guys to either have me banned forever or give me a punsihment and unban after awhile such as in a few weeks if you were to be thinking of unban like most people have. and did [ARM] SgtMaj. hao long get unbanned hes in my gang but i didnt have the chance to talk with him yet he was also involved but someone in my gang said he might have gotten unbanned because he didnt have anything to do with the situation or something but this is just a rumor so i thought i'd mention it for the chance of you knowing it and being able to tell me if not ill probably figure out soon tho. 

anyway i hope you guys make a good choice and think about it.

and a bit off topic, your profile pic its the lidl the grocery market its pretty common in the netherlands so i thoght i'd ask if you are dutch by any chance?

if you mean like as in a member of the gang poorly intiated and i didnt want to or at least dont want to take park i would first tell them to not continue to engange and i would say stuff ingame such as its a prank or hes not 100% dont worry lets all put our guns on safety and just continue our own buisniss alright guys? and this is if it goes smoothly if the other guys that were enganged didnt want to take part of what i said ill probs order if im the highest rank to all stand back be on guard and leave if were outnumbered or outgeared

I think I'll take the time to remind you of this situation: 





So this isn't the first time you've been involved in poor/lack thereof of quality roleplay before engaging for which you've received a warning by Xkan. In your just under 2 months here, you've accrued 4 warnings, 3 of which over a 3 day period and a ban. Admittedly this is the first time you've come to an unban appeal however with 5 strikes on your record 3 named above by JohnJoeegan and the 2 player reports against you, I have to wonder if your following statement has any truth to it whatsoever:

The other thing about this that irks me, is that the first warning for RDM wasn't enough for your to actually stop and think about your actions, we don't issue warnings for no reason, the idea is you're supposed get a warning, take it onboard, re-read the rules, from the above statement it certainly sounds like until you had a few you didn't bother, which is ultimately why you're here.

As you have read through the rules, please quote both 2.2 and 7.1.3 and explain what they mean in your own words.

[SIZE=medium]well in my own words i believe rdm is just killing someone without roleplay low quality roleplay or no leadup to the killing. [/SIZE]

7.1.3 "Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together. "

i feel like its just dont do stupid things that wouldnt happen in real life obviously its a game but be as realistic as possible

 
What do you understand from the term 'high quality roleplay'?

 
be as realistic as possibe do stuff that would make sense and not just doing stuff that doesnt seem as realistic as it could be in every situation especially intitation.

 
after initiation and clearly saying that you will use live/lethal ammo if an opponent hostage or victim is being held at gunpoint

 
This isnt the first incident with you, this is one of many since you been around here. Enough chances have been given, as you seem not to learn from your past offenses. Enough is enough around here....
