Its been quite awhile since it happend but I remember having multiple encounters with the same person trying to ''bait'' me with the cocaine then refusing to sell and running every time. unfortunatly I did not have a recording device and got setup but an angry man.
Also he was doing this on our ''turf'' where we were having our cocaine trade and was being aware of it.
