In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for abusive language I used on OOC to a guy who in my opinion RDM'ed me for no reason (I was unarmed and not even moving) and refused to solve the case on TS. Also I described few times whole situation using the OOC. Later I got massage from guy who killed me and I still tried to solve the case. Basically his response was telling me to stop crying.

Why should we unban you ?
I abused the OOC and I'm sorry for that, it was impulsive action that I took.

Yes I did. I have been playing on this server for a few years and never got banned before. This situation was just so frustrating that I went full impulsive on that guy like never before :/

I also used the OOC to describe whole situation and these insults are small part of my statement. I admit, I overreacted but the situation was just out of reasonable understanding. Guy shot me for no reason and with no right to do it and claimed that he did nothing wrong. And it ended up with me getting banned instead of him.

I understand my fault and I'm sorry for overreacting using a public chat.

If you've read the Server Rules like you state you have;

Quote the Rule you broke and then explain it in your own words.

(1.3) Swearing at someone outside of roleplay is not tolerated and will be punished by a ban.

That means it's forbidden to use offensive and abusive language at other players, especially when you are not in roleplay situation.

If someone breaks a rule you must deal with it properly in future via teamspeak / the forums instead of acting in anger. Follow the rules moving forward.
