In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I didn't give enough time to Tolga to comply after shouting put your hands up I gave 3 seconds which at the time seemed like a long time to me being worried about Tolga possibly turning around and shooting me.

Why should we unban you.
The day of the incident me and Tolga had a discussion about it in game when he took me aside to talk about it OOC in which I apologized and then after the report showed up I contacted an admin on TS I can't remember who exactly but I think it was in the Liverpool room on Sunday and they checked the report and video and told me it would be very unlikely I would get banned as I gave him some time and I had nothing to worry about so I left the report alone after that.

Yeah it's on the welcome message when you join the server.

I could of walked up with my gun holstered and talked with the officer about his day then continue on to find out why he is bothering my gang member and warn him that he shouldn't do such things if he wants to keep his life and his family's life safe then unholster my weapon and tell him to put his hands up or be shot and give him five seconds to comply.

Scenario: You walk into the casino in kavala, you want to rob someone in there

Due to the casino being a greenzone I'd have to hoax the person out of the casino and preferably somewhere more quiet outside the greenzone.

"Hey mate seen you playing the fruit machine over there did you know if you tap hold when it pops up multiple times it sometimes makes the machines computer glitch and spew out all the money"

I'd try and become friendly with the person while getting my gang into position via comms on my radio.

"I don't know if your looking for someone to hang around with or give you a lift but I'll do it for you"

I'd then continue to take them to a few places they need to go if they did get in my car and when they trust me get them to come somewhere outside of Kavala and have my gang ready to rob them once out of the car I would say

"It's been fun hanging around and stuff but now I'm gonna have to ask you to hand over your cash and if not me and my friends will take it on forcibly"
