i think i was banned for robbing someone and they pulled out a gun i said "hands up if you do not comply you will be shot" they didn't comply though i may have not given them long enough to comply

Why should we unban you.
because this is the first ban i have received and it will not happen again

From my perspective after watching your movements for a short while you began robbing 3 men at the gun store. You did issue compliance, but it left a lot to be desired, and under the circumstances do not think you should have killed them.

The compliance consisted of "You two.. All of you, put your hands up you have 3 seconds, 3.." and then opened fire. 

I had come to your ts room at the request of your friends to explain the situation, but you were AFK. I was told that a victim pulled a gun, and so you opened fire. My main issue here is that when locked in menus, and given 3 seconds to put your hands up, it isn't unreasonable to believe that in ones haste, you may accidentally buy the gun and initiate the gun pulling animation. 2 men were killed, the third shot at and chased. Even if only one pulled a gun, the others may still have complied.

So in all, your lack of quality initiation, time given to comply with that initiation, and the attempt to kill all 3, led to my decision of Fail RP/RDM. 

Although unrelated to the unban appeal, I would like to commend your friends on their level of maturity throughout our conversation. I wish more people shared their approach to conflict.

In your own words what is giving someone a resonable amount of time to comply?

In your own words, if the person doesn't comply, how would you roleplay it?

 
1) killing someone without giving them enough time to comply with your demands or killing someone with out initiating.

2) A reasonable amount is to let the victim answer and/or give him 10 second then repeat the demand.

3) If the victim chooses not to comply make your demand blatantly obvious to him/her and tell him the consequences if she/he doesn't comply. If the victim really wont comply carry out the consequences.

 
Terms of unban are the following:

no guns for two weeks, no owning, using, or picking up firearms. You cannot assist in robberies or any violent acts ethier. This is so you learn how to use your words.

If you are caught violating this agreement you will be declared Persona Non Grata and never allowed to return again.

 
No firearms, pistols, rifles, starter pistols, etc... starting now from 21/11/15 to 5/12/15 Also no violence or assisting in violence. 
Any violation of these terms will result in a ban.

Unbanned.
