In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
We robbed a bank for money and we got in to a firefight with the police. Everything went by the rules. When we were getting away with our getaway vehicle, two police cars full of cops driving in the direction of the bank turned around to stop us. Atleast that is what we thought. I yelled at them to go away and fired a few warning shots. They did not comply so i opened fire at the car. No one of the cops died i think. One of the cops was an admin and i tried to explain to him that we just did a bank robbery with a firefight. He said ''i wanted to stop you guys for speeding''. I tried to explain but he said that i could not argue with him. Do you really think robbers are just going to stop for police after a robbery while they are still trying to get away? If we did stop they would just throw us in jail for a robbery. I have a feeling that you cant win against cops. I was the only one unfortunately that got shot. ;p

yelling from a car, is very hard to hear. and shooting warning shots at a car of person is not allowed here. 
Warning shots are for a helicopter. 

I have a feeling that you cant win against cops.

there are many different ways to win. this does not always need to be a fight.

Ahh ok i understand, i thought when you are getting chased after a bank robbery you were allowed to engage after warnings. Because we were already fighting the police. My bad then and im sorry. Next time i will not shoot and try to run away without engaging.  7.1.3) Killing someone must be carried out with high quality roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low quality RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP. Executing another player must also be carried out with high quality roleplay, the only exception to this rule is if both you and the victim are engaged in a gunfight together.  My own words: Killing somebody without exchanging a dialogue or without reason.

When pulled aside by us you gave us one hell of a time, trying to argue the rules. You were adamant that you were right in just opening fire. You even tried to intimidate us with that you would record this all and send it off to the server owner. Bottom line, you were being extremely toxic. You were not banned for this, but you could have, so we will still bring this up during this ban appeal. Do you really think thats the type of attitude you should have towards a staff member, when they pull you aside to try to correct you? We talked to you, hoping that you would understand and change your ways instead of banning you on the spot, we tried to give you that chance, but you blew it. It can even be reflected in your initial post.

What I do not understand is how you now SUDDENLY chanced opinion, it almost seems like you only write that to please us. Do you really understand what you did wrong? Do you actually understand that what you did was RDM and that you were in the wrong?

Wait what? I did not say that i would send footage to the owner. I said that i would use footage in my appeal. Yes i said that i had footage. I dont see the problem here. Yes i thought i was in the right because of this "Engagement of RP to the victim who then does not comply after being threatened or warned." What isnt considered as RDM. You guys did not talk to me, the first thing your staff member said was that i was going to get a ban for that. That is when i started to argue and it lasted not even 25 seconds.  By the way, no i dont say something just to please someone, i dont even know why you would think that. Acknowledging my fault is considered saying something to please someone? . I just understood the situation after jefke made it clear. I do want to know what i did that was toxic. So i can reflect on that.

You multiple times tried to intimidate us, the staff members, by saying that you would record this and send it to the server owner. You did. Dont come here and try to lie to us. You never mentioned anything about using it in the appeal, but as mentioned you tired to intimidate us, presumably intimidate us into letting you go out of fear of the owner. That is not how things work here. It might work on servers/communities with younger admins, like Minecraft servers, but here we are mature adults who dont get intimidated by a rulebreaker trying to treathen us by saying he will go to the owner. 

Did not even last 25 seconds? I must say, your perspective of time must be really off, as we stood there with you for a few minutes, but when we understood that we did not get anywhere with you, THATS when we told you you'd recieve a ban for this. 

About the 'saying something just to please us'. Trust me, there is alot of people who do this, that is just how the human mind works. It is subconscious defense mechanism that many people cannot contol, and is often unknowingly used to get out of what might be hard situations for some. This should be pretty basic. Hopefully you understand now that I've explained that for you.

As a final note, the attitude you opened up with here and you not coming out with the truth, trying to lie your way out of this ban appeal (ref. paragraph 1 and 2) is not appreciated. Come back when you wish to put in a proper ban appeal, where you tell the truth and explain what you did wrong.
