I executed a friendly police officer in blue zone.

Why should we unban you ?
I fully understand that the ban was legitimate. I was messing about with a couple of my friends who did something similar to me, at the time I did not realise I was in bluezone and was kind of "in the zone" of dick-about-ary and wasn't fully thinking about the rules, just having a bit of fun with my mates that went too far.

I have been very respectful of the rules up until now and will be more careful in future given the opportunity, I have never had so much of a report of malicious behaviour against me in my 18 months of solid activity.

You are a member of a whitelisted faction; you set the standard for the whole server. By all means you can mess around and have fun that a real cop wouldn't have as this is a game, however you broke SERVER RULES. Police rules are not of our concern and therefore I don't care if you broke any. The minute you start executing other players joke or no joke it become a problem, especially in the bluezone. 

You've been a cop for a while jack, a good one in fact. I am VERY surprised to see you here in all honesty. You've also been here long enough to know 'he did it to me earlier so I did it back' isn't a valid excuse.

(6.1) You are unable to kill anyone in a green or blue zone (Punishment is a ban)

Any area marked blue or green on the map means lethals cannot be used by police (or anyone for that matter) in that designated zone. 

(9.1.8) Police are not allowed to execute players. This was abolished in UK law in 1965 . (Punishment is a ban)

The only time an officer can kill is if their life is in immediate danger and ideally if no other opportunity currently presents itself.

As for qualities; I've never had a complaint about my role-play and pride myself on my ability to create situations and have enjoyable player interactions in-game (to the best of my knowledge anyway). I understand the discrepancy between messing about and taking it too far hence I've never been warned for behaviour such as this and  can tell you with confidence that my behaviour was anomalous and will not happen again.
