In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I was banned becouse RDM. But that guy stole a car from police and i was seeking him with quad after i lost him he came back to the town and he keep running so i shot him.+ He stole car in the green zone

Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban)
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Becouse i helped a police.And that hobo stole police car in the green zone.
