i was banned by PC Drew because i shot him however when my friend discussed the situation and what was going on all was resolved and he said for me to put a ban appeal in

Why should we unban you.
Because both my my friend and PC Drew resolved the issue and came to the conclusion it was a misunderstanding. Also i tried to join the TS to discuss the issue but is says i was banned for being rude however i found out last night my brother was banned by an old female admin and its an IP ban so i can't join TS either if this could be taken away that would be appreciated.

Yes. I was in a situation where I got shot as miscommunication between his friends and himself. I had a long discussion with these people and made them aware that more time to comply to orders etc needs to be given.

However a miscommunitaction on your end does not excuse RDM, to that extentthis ban still counts as a first ban.
