In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think i was banned because when smattleis was trying to calm me down this other guy was telling a few lies so i was just getting mad so i started swearing and just telling smattleis to shut up whilst i talk to this other guy. So then after a good 2 mins i think, he decided to ban me.

Why should we unban you ?
I think i should be unbanned from ts because i still play on the server and it is very difficult to communicate with my team and to other people when i need help or they need my help. Also if i do stupid things like accidentally shoot a guy i have no communication to talk things out. Also i am very sorry for my language towards that staff member, and i see that the other guy doesnt play anymore so i am assuming he is either gone or he got banned because he likes to break rules. So thank you for reading this and hopefully i can get back in TS.

Terribly sorry, I never actually saw the original mention otherwise I would have replied sooner!

The notes I have are '"Was approached by '<17:23:41> ""Jhonny Franklin"": https://gyazo.com/3abec7b690a71913f489ed6c27bcb464' regarding that gyazo. Drako persisted with a poor attitude swearing at Jhonny multiple times. After given the opportunity to swallow his pride and apologise for the abuse verbally and on chat he refused. I was going to give him a chance but he persisted to be rude, which therefore lead to his ban."

Unfortunatley i don't remember it clearly enough to be able to go into further detail.

Being abusive towards a voluntary staff member and swearing towards a member of the community after being warned several times. 

Granted, Jhonny didn't do himself a favour in the manor he replied here, however, calling someone a 'little bitch' is completely out of order. How do I know that if unbanned, you won't do the same again?

because i wont i have been on this server for nearly 2 years well before i had to get wiped off the server. I have always stuck by the rules and have been very polite to everyone in ts but that day was a bad day and this guy happen to be bugging me so i retaliated and so did he but i was the one that got banned. Obviously i didn't take this very well because i thought he should of been banned too but oh well. So if you chose to unban me you wont be hearing bad things from me again because i think the other guy has either been banned or he just left.

 
You can get your TS UID by going to settings>Identities, it will show you your ID in a box titled 'unique ID'.
