I was helping a friend try and get his plane unstuck, during this time we caused accidental VDM and both died, later an admin came and arrested us both, at that point I did combat log

Why should we unban you ?
I am fairly new to the server and really enjoy it, I am disappointed to be banned, and didn't realise all that I did was breaking the rules, as originally I did only briefly read the rules, I have now in depth read the rules and know where I went wrong and will not break them again, I am sorry.

The member of staff who banned you, tried to give you an opportunity to be told about the rules and to learn from your mistake. Instead, you chose to log out while he was talking to him which seems quite insulting to me. You would not be banned now if you had instead taken the time to learn from your mistake.

This server focuses on roleplay and if someone is talking to you, you shouldn't log out of the server without a good reason. If I banned you, how can I be convinced that you won't break the rules again?

The new life rule basically means your in game character doesn't remember any past life or any past situations, they still have their role, and friends. They do not remember the lead up to their death or their cause of death either, in simple terms every time you respawn you are living a "newlife".

You made a mistake indeed, and you should had contacted a Staff member on Teamspeak or ingame to explain your side of the story. 

I hope you learned your lesson, any issue that you have ingame dont be afriad to contact us. Just dont log off, if its a serious offense.
