I was banned for restraint glitching

Why should we unban you ?
I think i should be unbanned as i have been playing on this server for several months and really enjoy playing here Also when i was restraint it came up on my screen but when i got up I wasnt in restraints so i shot him i will also note no effort was made to contact me after the incident i know i was wrong shooting when it came up on my screen that i was restraint but i didnt mess with any buttons so I didnt restrain glitch whether it was lag on my side or serverside i don't know but im almost certain i did not glitch however i did see it pop up which is no excuse to shoot Thank you for reading my appeal
