In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned simply due to the fact that I was irrationally stating that I was going to report the people that did wrong to me. They did indeed do wrong and I'm glad Vaffla was fair about it, and picked up on things even I didn't after re watching it several times. I was hot headed, and quite un happy subject to the events and I took the easiest form possible in order to export my anger and notify them that they did wrong. I know exactly why I was banned, rules are rules and I broke them it's fair and square. A lot of the times I die in game are, unfair in a way. A prime example provided by the youtube link below, and sometimes I'm just fed up and I'm not thinking about what I'm typing or why. But this is a mature community and I'm a very mature person, however evidence may be perceived differently.

Why should we unban you ?
I Don't think that I deserve a ban, as I've been a die hard member investing over 1000+ hours into this server alone and I really enjoy the community and it's kind of me and my friends go to server, and I'm actually really dissapointed. Rules are rules, and the last time I read them was back in 2014. 3 years on I'm sure they've had some alteration in which I didn't know about, and perhaps a few I've just forgotten over time. I shouldn't have claimed I'd report in OOC, However I see it being done all the time, daily if not hourly and I didn't know it was a ban-able offense, so on my behalf I apologize as I'm well aware of the rules as of now. Some situations in game are annoying, being RDM'd is draining especially when it seem's to be happening daily to me. Here for example. I feel like my services as a medic are also needed on the server, I didn't expect my self to ever receive a ban so I've actually really let my self down here. I'm not a bad member, I don't go around RDM / VDM'ing or breaking rules all the time for that matter, I'm a very dedicated member and it really doe suck that I've managed to stoop so low. I do hope it's lifted very soon, as I see my reason as a minor offence, nothing to vital and something that I can easily alter the potential of. 

EDIT: It's been 2 days, no food...no water... I'm surviving on KOTH servers.... I'm gonna need some RP soon or...I'm not gonna make it.

1. I won't see you demonstrate the attitude that you displayed via your report responses. 
   
2. You won't threaten to report other players in game. 
   

So - If you were RDM'ed again, how would you go about it?

My attitude to the people replying to my report was, arrogant and didn't leave much room for civil discussion, and it was a douche move but I just don't like over cocky people, however I should know better than to retaliate and if anything it's "feeding the troll". So yes, any further reports will be handled maturely and with a calm manner, no hot headed comments or snarky replies.

And yes, of course. My attitude in game Via OOC was very poor, as I stated above things get heated and I look for the easiest form of targeting them with my frustration, which isn't the way to do things. In future if I really need to "vent" or perhaps just notify the suspects of a situation which I deemed unfair I will request them to come to teamspeak and discuss the issues with them prior to reporting. 

All poor attitudes and childish behavior will be left at the door, this community is much more than that and to be a part of it I have to have the correct state of mind. 



If I was to be RDM'd again, which most likely I will be. I would attempt to find the players name, and request them to come to teamspeak. If they do comply, I'd talk it out with them in a civil manner. If not, I'd ensure I had recording and make a report on the player ensuring that all forms of initiation if there was any are shown. In the video above, my chat has not been displaying lately and I can't figure out why so locating the name of my killer wasn't possible.

I really do feel as if I've learned my lesson. Never will I break a rule again! Certainly set me back on the tracks and put me in my place. I hope my appeal is decent enough to unban if you see fit, very eager to check out the new update too, but restricting me from such privileges is the price I have to pay for being a hot head.

I'am well aware that bumping a post is against the rules, otherwise I would've been commenting hourly "admin pls". I added a comment not with the intention to bump at all, I added it as there is a video in my appeal, which for some reason prevents me from being able to add anymore text, at all, unless I delete what's there. So I added a comment as in my appeal I didn't think I'd quite shown that I've learned my lesson and that I can be trusted. There was no intent to bump, and I discussed this with Tampax on the day of the post lock. I completely forgot you were able to edit comments, which I should've done if I wanted to add any more information to my appeal as I had a previous reply. We all learn from mistakes, and I just so happened to have made a few, everyone deserves a second chance & to say I've been a die hard member of this community for so long I'd feel extremely dissapointed if my ban wasn't lifted, especially in my self. In my 2 years of being on this server, this is the first time I've ever had a problem like this, however it's down to you guys as to what my future holds in RPUK.

In spite of having been here a good while and being in a whitelisted faction right now, you seem to have received a warning or 2 recently and you've been banned. I'm a little worried that you take your time here as a reason to be complacent. I will give you benefit of the doubt on your bumping and give you a shot since you've put a lot of effort into this appeal, however don't expect the same kindness if we find you in this spot again.

Oh and please leave the 12 year old egocentric quotes at home I want a mature response. 

^^ Stuff like this on top of what you did in game leads me to be a little worried that you have a place here. That sort of attitude isn't going to get you anywhere and the sheer merit of your time and how much you can write on an appeal will only get you so far if you think that this is appropriate.

I don't want to be denying a long time member like yourself (2 years tomorrow!) so please don't let it come to that and ask on teamspeak if you have any uncertainty. You'd better not let me down.
