In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
There was a large pile up resulting in multiple explosions, because of this my game lagged and i apparently ran over some people according to my friend, (note that the ban was instant with no speaking to the admin or any previous warning) however the vdm was caused by lag alone meaning that there was nothing i could do about it, and at the end of the day VDM harms no one even if it was intentional, this was the first time i have done anything and it was unfortunately unavoidable, with all due respect i believes someones got abit trigger happy here.

Why should we unban you ?
Because i have previously done nothing wrong and for a first time unintentional vdm i think a ban without any questioning is a wee bit severe?

I watched this guy 3 or 4 times run over and attempt to run over players before issuing a ban. Normally I would chat to players about this but it was in the middle of a multiple VDM pile up as described and I was removing any potential further trouble makers. 

The player then came to TeamSpeak and we had this lovely conversation:

I still don’t believe he was lagging as I watched him attempt to run over players in kavala car park before intentionally moving to the pavement on kavala high street running over 6-7 players already in the middle of a massive crash.

you've watched me do it 3-4 times before, this being the first time i came on with this name and the second or third time I've been on the server at all, and also one of maybe two times I've even driven a car in kavala or at all on the server. secondly 6-7 players??, i genuinely think had it not been for the conversation above that he has made such a effort to be made known i would have already been UN banned, but this gentleman is clearly unhappy with the fact i typo-ed oi oi into oi. 

if needed i can recollect the entire night for you straight from logging on to explain.

For starters you joined our server alot more than three times

You also spammed connected the server clogging up sidechat - This does not help your chances of getting unbanned

Vladic means the  3 - 4 times in the session where you received your ban.

As stated above you have already received an official warning. And no its not severe, its down to the banning Admins discretion if they speak to you or not. As stated by Vladic

No, all bans must go through the forums so we have a record of appeals, all bans are permanent until appeal meaning you would still need to appeal VIA the forums and wait for a staff member to conduct your appeal. If you expect people to take you seriously conduct yourself in an appropriate manner, do not lie, be honest and put effort into your appeal.

When you can do all of the above please feel free to reopen your appeal.
