Just before restart you and a friend were in the buildings outside Kavala Police HQ. Your friend then began discharging his weapon at a wall. He must have got through 3 or 4 magazines. The police of course responded, drove by (while your friend hid his gun), and once they were around the corner he started shooting again. At this point the cops return, and attempt to detain you. This then gives you the opportunity to shoot them, which you took. This was being watched by 3 staff members, and the decision was made to issue bans to both.

In your case this the second ban in a week, so I suggest you reply with a stronger appeal.

I got banned for shooting into a wall, and got banned within minutes for baiting?

Why should we unban you ?
At this time i was pissed of alot because the police just had scrapped my new mowhawk and after gave me a 50k ticket so i got so pissed i just started shooting and shooting and i just wanted to die or atleast just use all my mags and then log off for the day, at this point i had shot 3 of my mags off and the police came to get me and i just quickly started running the police shot me twice in the legs and i kept going and going, at the end i turned around and tryed to kill the police so i wouldt go to jail, i failed and died.
I dont see where i baited anyone at this point and i didnt think at all when i was shooting and iam sorry for this.
Creekz my friend got banned for no reason he didnt help me and he didnt do anythin wrong so please dont give him a punishment i was ment to have not him.

When Dain said reply with a stronger appeal I doubt he meant make a new one.. But since you did, and I can see why based on Dains comment, I will merge them both. @DainMKhe replied with stronger appeal.. literally =P

The fact that you shot 3 mags, waited for the cops to drive past, then shoot one more mag to draw them back makes it baiting in my books. There was no intention of RPing the scenario out, and in my eyes it was just a cheap tactic to get revenge for the lost Mohawk. 

As you have only been unbanned for another rule breach less than 2 weeks ago, I am forced to deny this appeal.
