In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Because after i died, i went to the same place within 15 minutes. I had no idea until i got banned and when i realized it was already too late.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 5D) You are not allowed to return within 1000m of where you was killed within 15 minutes after you have been killed!

Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I was having lots of fun with friends in this server and i really like to be here, iam sorry it happened i will be more careful in the future.

I also deleted your vehicle after watching you drive over a group of people, that should have been warning enough... So why didn't you read the rules as it tells you when you first join the server?

Yeah you are right I should have followed the rules i was an idiot to do all that. Iam sorry it happened.
