In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
Well first of all i do apoligise as it was my first day on the game and i'm not saying i din't know it wasn't allowed i did but it was 8 am and i had not slept and i got very grumpy when
we got caught yes its rp and yes i should not of done so, either way it is my fault for getting banned now i got banned because i was in a rp situation with cops and i closed the game while doing so and breaking Rp

Why should we unban you ?
Well since then i kinda ran into a cop who almost reported me since i was not knowing 50% of what i was doing he explained to me alot of things and gave me the rule sheet wich i've
gone over completely i do like the server and its community and i want to Rp within its walls if allowed so once again i understand the reason i got banned and the strictness over it
but if given another chance i'd take it with both hands and Enjoy the server once again

Now, although you state you were fairly new to the server, upon entering our servers you're presented with a Splash screen where it states everything you need to know about the Server including the rules page.

My question for you is:

  1. Why did you choose to ignore the Splash screen and not read the Server Rules?
 
Well,yes i know but at the time i was new at the server and i din't know what i was doing i was hopinh from King of the kill to Atlis life and din't think of it as that serious this offense happend day one of the server but like i said a cop explained to me alot where by that time i was enjoying the server extremely and the roleplaying i had read the rules at that point aswell i was not expecting this to catch up with me from there the shock of the ban as i have quite some time spend in the server since that ban i know all of this doesn't verify myself and i should of read those rules and i have no excuse for not reading those rules but i hope since i was a noob at the game and learned from that lesson since i think evryone does run into one of these situation at the start of the game so all i can ask is for a second chance for me to enjoy the server and its community if not i still understand and respect what i've learned from the server i haven't played arma since the ban since i generally enjoy the server i hope you do consider that i learned from my mistake

Being new to the game isn't a valid excuse, we expect everyone here to play to the best of their ability.

What is going to stop you from breaking our rules again?

 
I was not trying to put this forward as an excuse it was a mere mention but well i want to play the gamemode for what it is made for Rp with the community i enjoy the mode and i have no intention of breaking any Rule in the future me and a group of friends enjoy the server deeply i enjoy the concept of the general gameplay and therefor have no intention of breaking any rule

 
If you would have come onto our servers with that mentality we wouldn't be in this situation.

Some examples of this include: logging out during a firefight, being chased by the police, arrested by the police, while dead awaiting a medic, logging out in order to save gear, rage-quitting, logging out whilst restrained/detained (Punishment is a ban, which may be permanent. *) *Staff can make an informed decision depending on if you’ve made an attempt to resolve the issue. We do suggest you attempt to rejoin the server and continue the roleplay (try messaging them with the mobile system first). [/SIZE]

Combat logging is when you exit the game when in a RP situation

Such as the cops arrest you and you exit the game 'Breaking Rp

 
In the event that you were to be unbanned, do you agree to follow all of our Server Rules and understand that if you were to break any of our rules you would get yourself re-banned and have little to no chance of appealing?

 
i 100% understand and it will not happen the past 2 weeks the rule sheet i've been going over them evryday thanks for the second chance!
