I were banned because apparently i was threatening to report a person and calling him a retard.

Why should we unban you ?
Well i never told him "If you dont do this i will report you", I simply said "I will report you because of failrp" and in my opinion that is not a threat. I did call him a retard because i was simply mad because he were failrping, and then i called him a "Retard" and i claim full responsibility for it, but we all get mad and i think we all have called someone a retard in our lives. But i still feel like being permanently banned for calling a guy "Retard" is a bit to hard of a punishment.

that is what you actually said.
Care to explain why? and why you think calling someone retarded is okay? 
 
I wrote a bit wrong in the appeal, i meant that i understand and regret it but since it was me i have to take responsibility for it, i never meant its okay, and i will never call anyone an retard. I just got really mad when he was failrping i saw him failrp earlier too and that made me more salty as well.

 
Why would you not get mad in a future situation? How can we be certain you won't do anything like this again?

 
I will just avoid the situation and go away, probably call an admin, instead of saying im going to report them, this ban taught me a lesson, that is for sure.

I "Threaten to report" and "Calling a guy retard"  (1.1) Bullying is punished by a permanent ban without appeal, (2.8) Threats to report.

The guy was saying my name without asking for it and i wrote in Direct "//reporting the failrp" I still feel like that isnt threatening im just letting them now i'am gonna report them. But since it counts as threatening i will never do it again. Then i called a guy a retard because he broke rp and also said i was "threatening" to report. I mostly got mad from the failrp and called him a retard but i will never do it again. I didn't really think twice when i said it and i do regret all of it.

 
I have learned not to disrespect anyone no matter the situation and to not threaten anyone with report and also a real eye opener to make sure not to screw up again.

Me and my brother played together on the server... He is also making an unban appeal. You can check my friendlist and find him there that account is litterly years old and got over 20 games.

Please connect to our teamspeak Ts.roleplay.co.uk and head to waiting staff at the top of TS, a staff member will deal with you in time, please link them this appeal. What I need is for you and your brother to be in the same room and both talking to staff member about the two accounts, once the staff member is happy that your not putting on another voice ask them to post a reply on here and we will continue.
