In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I think i was banned because the admin probably thought that i rdm'ed. Because at that moment me and my friend were in a gun fight, were we did initiate to combat. But i just think i got banned because i killed so many people in the process, where it said in chat that i killed like 3 people.
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: I dont think i broke any rule at all.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Because i am really playing this server alot, and its the only Altis life server that i like and know how to play on. I've been playing for a while now, so im pretty addicted to your server :p

I saw a helicopter with people around it, chasing eachother. Then you come out of a bush with no initiation and spray everyone down. How did RP start there, according to you?

 
According to me, me and my friend were chasing the helicopter for quite some time, and when it finally landed, i recall saying "Put your hands up" But if you happened to not hear it, i'm sorry. 

I am aware of all the rules, and know what i have to do. I would never just spray people down randomly before starting RP, as i have been playing on this server for a while now and have been robbing for quite some time.

And as i was saying, my friend was with me too, and he also initiated in combat, by saying "Stop the engine!" as the engine of the helicopter was turned on at the time. This is according to me.

I was in the bush right next to you while spectating, and i heard absolutely no initiation and neither did the guys in the chopper, Im pretty sure. And either way, saying "stop the engine" is not really initiating combat. 

 
Well i still don't agree on that. But i accept your opinion.

As i said im aware of the rules, and i would not do such a thing again

 
Do you understand before pressing the trigger you need to say something ?... 1 person spraying a group of people in my view is mass RDM especially if there is no real story behind it.

Going forward we can process an unban however the terms will be a FINAL chance and 1 month without picking up or owning a gun, do you understand ?
