In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I think it was through a lack of understanding, i didnt realise that the threat of me having friends in the area as snipers was invalid when i didnt have a weapon. I originally thought that i could initiate no matter what, this was my fault and i have accepted the consequence as the ban was valid.

Why should we unban you ?
I think I should be unbanned because I have learnt my lesson through the month I have been banned from the server. I will be more careful next time with my roleplay - it wasn't so good cause it was really stressful situation and lots of people was hurrying me up in the Ts. I have spent almost 5 months on the server, lots of people know me, i made lots of friends here and i dont want to loose them. That was my first serious rule brake. I hope you can understand my fault.

(7.1.3) Killing and executing someone must be carried out with high roleplay, “put your hands up or I will shoot” etc is considered low RP and may lead to a ban for RDM/Fail RP.

how do you think people would take you serious if you threathen them without a gun? 
what would you do next time if you are in this situation again ?

I now realise that i could not be taken seriously without a weapon on me, so i will ensure that i always initiate with a visible gun. Next time in this type of situation i will be more hostile and pose more of a threat to the people i am initiating on so that i can be taken seriously

What about the pressure from gangmates in ts, how will you deal with this. 
Because they pushed you to initiate fast.

 I have learned from this experience that i should just mute TS and RP with the people i am speaking to and then unmute if i am going to or am being initiated on
