In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was going around my daily civilian life then I jumped into my friends jet I was flying around over the map, doesn't take much time to go from end to end when going 800kph. Then as I was obeying the 300 meter no-fly zone I did a loop above the no fly zone thinking that if I deploy flaps to fully retracted on the descent I would stay around 400m. Then on the descent my theory didn't slow down the jet in time as I was still on 100% thrust. When I saw that I was not going to come up in time I aimed away from the event that was taking place and by that I didn't kill anybody with what happened. Although the close call during an event may have led an admin to believe that it was intentional which it was not.

Why should we unban you ?
According to rule 2.1 "Using any vehicle as a weapon (e.g running people over, causing explosions including while sling loading, ramming, etc)" When I crashed I hit the ground approximately 1 or 2 streets away from 11 kavala street and didn't kill anybody or didn't intend to harm anyone by using the weapon as I vehicle (which as I previously mentioned wasn't the case). As I didn't kill or use the vehicle as a weapon I believe the ban was unfair and didn't comply with the VDM rules that I abided by and I think it would've been more appropriate to have been told to stop by and admin and then if I continued then I would agree that the ban was fair.

I have down here on my notes that you crashed the jet in to a crowd of people..

could I call @Busterguy to the stand so we can have a more in-depth account from his side, as this story doesn't add quite up.

 
Well as I previously mentioned I didn't kill or purposefully hurt anybody as it was just an accident, I may have hit some people with fragments and cost them a few first aids which ill gladly comp them for.

 
If I remember correctly you crashed into 10 Kavala street where a lot of people were at the time RPing.

why would you even think to do a loop over a populated area in the first place?

 
I was flying over Kavala as I didn't believe there was a rule against that and its plainly more fun flying over city rooftops rather than a field, I thought I could get away with a trick as I thought I was at an appropriate altitude at that time. Yes I agree that I came close to 10 Kavala Street but I didn't actually hit it but rather 2 streets over as I tried to avoid it as I believed there was an rp event taking place and didn't want to interfere and like I said didn't kill anyone.

 
So because you wanted to show of in a very busy place, were alot of people rp yuo got yourself into trouble. 
What have you learned from this? 

 
I have learnt not to fly close to high roleplay density areas incase something like this happens again, I have also learnt not to  put too much trust into my flying skills.

I don't think you understand.

It's not the loss of gear or the inconvenience of having to buy a first aid kit to heal, your actions potentially could ruin an RP scenario that's been going on for ages all because you wanted to "show off".   Why should other people have their own experiences ruined, especially during an event, just because you wanted to look cool?

 
Yes, looking back on it my attempt at being 'cool' could've been potentially worse and in the future if I'm unbanned it won't happen again but like I said earlier it didn't which is why I previously stated I believed the ban was not appropriate.

"(2.1) Vehicle Deathmatch (also known as VDM)" VDM is where you use any sort of vehicle (land, air, water) as a weapon against another player, including other stuff apart from ramming such as sling loading a vehicle to make it explode.

Other acts such as sling loading a vehicle with a helicopter to drop it and make it explode also count as acts of 'VDM'.
