it was a normal day and me and my friend were goint to altis metal exports to sell some of our stuff but then my friend said he was scared and i promised to protect him from the top of the hill and then a driver came up to him and tried to rob him and then shots were fired and i saw three guys on top of the hill and then i shot them and then i quickly ran down to my friend and shot the guy that was at him

Why should we unban you ?
i promise i will never do anything like this again and i just only play this game beacuse of your server and 8 of my friends now play it and i cant join and i would just really appreciate if you would give me another chance

I have broken the random deathmatch rule and i qoute shooting at someone without engaging in ant form of quality roleplay the rule means that i cant kill anyone with out giving them time answer a order and I have to at least attempt to create a interesting role play story

So you decide to repeatedly bump your appeal resulting in it being locked and then you decide to make an appeal in order to bypass that lock. Then after having that appeal denied and being asked to not submit several appeals you go and submit another one?
