In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
we was been chased be the police for accidentally robbing the spray paint shop and when the police was chasing me and my friend we crashed at this point we jumped out and the police offices did to they instantly drew there weapons and opened fire on us i got tazed and restrained me guy stood up and laid back down and pulled his pistol out i had my pistol out for around 3 seconds i thought i was unrestrained and shot both police. my friend was on ts last night and was speaking to someone who said yes thats a glitch where there is a 5 second delay been restained so i think thats what must have happend i did not know about this glitch. when we killed the police and drove away a admin teleported to us we stopped said hi and was waiting for a response but all he did was despawn our car and the teleported us to the sea leaving us there for 5 mins. i did now know about this glitch and if i did i would not shot the offices.

Why should we unban you.
i really like your servers the rules are put in place and made sure people follow them and great for the RP all the players i have met have done RP the correct way from driving on the right side of the road or talking to you if you just say hi and thats something you dont find alot on RP servers. the emergency service players are great to police , medic e.c.t and it would be nice to get back on and play some more RP the only thing i can say is that i was banned for something i didnt know about and at first i was like WHAAA why did i get banned and then it was told to me and the i understood i hadnt played the server a long time but the time i did play i met friendly players all the time and had a great time playing

This is a serious RP community, How can you possible break out of restrains and shoot.. You knew you were restrained and you took advantage of it

i know that the server is a serious RP server and i didnt know i was restrained and was '' Glitching ''  all i knew was we crashed our car and jumped out and was tazed with no orders well none that i hear or could here when i was been tazed or restrained. i was restrained and was laid down i was exspecting to stand back up and have my hand behind me back and be in the restraits but nope as my guy got his gun out and at this point i was in first person with my gun out for around 2-3 seconds and at this point i retaliated on the police i waited 2-3 seconds incase it was lag but  due to the police not saying get down or anything when we crashed and was tazed i didnt see it as RDM my friend was later told on TS that it was a glitch with been restrained and didnt know at the time. and a couple of minutes after this a admin did teleport to us and we stopped got out and tried to speak to him but got no response.

if i was in that situation again i would pull over and if i was restrained i would just let go of my mouse and RP
