Robbing a Petrol Station and not initiating before opening fire on 3 Police Officers.

Why should we unban you ?
I have played on this server since late 2015 and this is my first time partaking in any sort of "illegal" activites. Any sort of way i've made money is through legal things such as cider and mining. As this was my first time robbing anything, I had not properly read rules on initiation, obviously I should have done this. After looking at my report, it is completely fair as I now fully understand the rules of initiation and will make sure I engage in RP instead of being a complete idiot and just firing on the spot. I should have made the effort to come onto TS to talk about the situation and possibly could've gotten it resolved.

You state you've been apart of the Community now since late 2015 - Even if you've never participated in any illegal activities, being apart of the community for that long would make me think and hope that you knew all of the rules inside and out? 

On top of this, you could've easily resolved this on teamspeak yet you chose to be stubborn and not come. 

Can you quote the rule that you broke and then explain it to me in your own words?

"(7.1.5) Police Sirens - When the Police put on their sirens lights to pull you over to attend to a scene this does not mean RP has been initiated on their point, if you shoot without engaging in RP then this is classed as RDM."

Definitely a mix between these two. The cops rolled up with sirens on and I automatically shot without any sort of "initiation". I should have at least had some sort of interaction before any sort of gunfire was to happen.

Although I understand where you're coming from with saying this, it's not the reason under your ban. 

Take time, look through the rules page and then quote the Rule that you broke and explain it in your own words.

(2.2) Random Deathmatch (also known as RDM) - Shooting at someone without engaging in any form of quality role play (eg. Giving enough time for them to comply with your order. Count downs are not considered quality roleplay, please at least attempt to create an interesting roleplay story before considering shooting.) is considered RDM. (Punishment is a ban).

This is definitely the rule i've broken after another look. The police rolled up and I just fired shots without saying a word which completely breaks (2.2). I could have easily initiated with the police. Telling them to stay away or to negotiate some sort of deal would have been the best action instead of breaking this rule.
