In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I have no idea, it says I have been banned for VDM. But before the reset I was able to play, and after the reset I got a ban for VDM. I haven't VDMed anybody when I was online before reset (I actually never VDM) and I also can't find a report on the forum about me..
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: 3A) VDM - Vehicle Death Match Definition:

Using your vehicle for running people over, using it to ram into other vehicles in and outside combat, using a vehicle with the purpose of making it explode are all considered a form of VDM here (Punishment is a ban)

However using the following vehicles to immobilise each other (eg. Hunter VS Ifrit or Strider VS Ifrit etc) is permitted in roleplay for whitelisted factions or people in ownership of a rebel membership - Hunter/Strider/Ifrit
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: As far as I know I didn't do anything wrong. If I did, I would like to know what I did exactly, so I could actually apologize and ask for a second chance..

You were driving over several people near the BH HQ, and also multiple times bumped into and drove into the way of a bounty hunter in a car. The reason you could play the entire restart was because we couldn't kick people.

I agree I hit a bounty hunter car and 1 person. I was parked along the road near the garage. A lot of people were in front of me and the bounty hunter car was parked behind me. The BH car drove backwards at the same time I drove backwards too while a third person was trying to pass between the cars. I didn't see both of them because I was focussed on the players in front of me. I didn't want to VDM them and totally forgot about what was behind me. I drove off while shouting sorry, recognizing I was in group chat. I followed the BH car, because I wanted to apologize him and was actually a little curious why he took someone in his car. I was driving my sports hatchback a little fast, because I still have to get used to it. The BH car stopped right around the corner. While I desynced a bit, I smashed in the back of the BH car. I got out immediatly, trying to start a RP and saying 'Sorry my brakes didn't work!' (Not sure if I still was talking in group chat, that might have been the reason why I was acting like a jerk). The BH got in his car again and just drove away..

Not sure if I hit someone else, because I have been lagging and desyncing a bit last couple of gaming sessions..

I am sorry, I will be a little more sharp-eyed next time, but this wasnt meant to be. My apologies.

@BratJaggesVlnd was it one of the EDIM guys that was in the bounty hunters car? If it was this ban will be perm.

No, because I know that would have been against the rules. No [EDIM] members were around, it was a random person.

 
Unbanned for your final chance, please be careful when driving... if you find yourself accidently hitting someone in the future get yourself on the teamspeak or contact a mentor to advise a mistake has been made to avoid a future perm ban.
