I got banned because i died and returned to the scene where i died.

Why should we unban you ?
I now understand why I was banned and I am truly sorry for breaking the rules.I have recently returned to the community after a long break and it saddens me that I was banned and I wish to play again, although I understand why I got banned and truly regret it. I only went back because I wanted my gun back since I spent so long trying to get enough money to buy it however I now know that that was wrong and I take full responsibility for my actions.

First question:

I'm sorry i really wanted my gun back because i had spent so much on it.

Second question:

The new life rule means you should/must not return to where you died.

The new life rule was made to keep roleplay flowing and to avoid rule breaking (revenge rdm)

The new life rule entices a player to forget everything they did in their past life and to not return to an area that they died for a specific amount of time.

The new life rule helps avoid confusion and keep roleplay realistic because it would be confusing and ruin roleplay.

*An example is a man has crashed head on into a police car, the police officers survive but he does not and dies and respawns nearby*

What he should do:
Wait the nlr period 

Avoid the area where he died

Forget everything his character was doing as it is a new life.

What he shouldn't do:

Go back to the area where he died

Kill the officers (Which is also rdm)

Resume what he was doing as if nothing happened
