In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was ban for combat logging. when i was in a hectic and interesting fight everyone died except me and this other guy. he had a mk18 and i had a rook, @Khandamir was watching us and i timed out and then i was ban for combat logging.

Why should we unban you ?
You should unban me because i did not combat log and i it was not my fault. I live in South Africa so my ping is high and i time out often. In this situation i timed out while i was in combat, it was a 1v1 and i had a rook and the other person had a mk18. I got a message saying connection has been lost with host and i got kicked. i was in the same ts as the enemy and i apologized to him and told him what was going on. The guy laughed and said its fine i understand and he did not report me and he said it was fine because i live in such a far country and he knows that. I am really sorry and i asked the guys if i should do anything for them and they said its fine we understand. I am very upset about it but i was really not my fault and i did not really care if i died or not because i have 4mill and i could easily pay 50k for my gear. Please understand this and forgive me. @Khandamir

Before I proceeded with the ban I have checked with the VV Gang. They said they only spoke to you about the situation with firing upon a heli without initiation and that was solved. I have also checked with member support who were also not informed by you about this unfortunate disconnect. I will ask the VV gang again when the member in question is online to confirm and if you indeed spoke to them, I will unban you and apologize for the inconvenience.

From my point of view however, the disconnect was way to well timed to be coincidence. I have even checked if it is possible to force a ''Player is losing connection'' followed by the ''Kicked off by BattleEye: Client not responding''. And it is not only possible but very easy. As far as I know, losing connection due to internet problems should give a different message altogether.

Decision pending, awaiting other side to come online and ask input.

 
Haven't received any more video. Willing to unban you, but if you ever happen to disconnect again, make sure to talk to a support member, remember who it is and ask them to confirm it to a staffmember so we can make a note on your statspage saying that you did come to resolve the disconnect.
