In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
my game was loading and it was taking a long time to load there fore i wanted to know if it was still loading so i clicked my mouse a couple of times at the time i was not aware of what i had done but when i got in game and in ts i was told that i had killed someone while on spawn island they showed me evidence of this and i did agree to pay for anything they had lost as soon as i got in game because i was having some technical issues at the time which i did speak to support about.

Why should we unban you ?
because i was not aware of what i had done and i did not intencially do it also i did agree to pay for anything he had lost as soon as i got into game but no one got back to me when i got into game i did tell him i was in game and where abouts so i could give him the money also i did speak to support with this person and he was told to count it as resolved until i am able to go in game and comp him so there fore he has not listern to what the team member said .... but i was happy to pay for anything he had lost in conclusion

yes I tried to resolve the issue many times but everytime I tried to message them on teamspeak they closed the chat and did not respond i wait at kavala general store for them as i imformed them that i will wait there so i can give them there comp but no one turned up so i did not know what else to do then i received a ban for this which i feel was totally unfair because i tryed within all of my power to resolve the issue i did not screen shot any of this like the support member suggested today because i was new and i did not know that was necessary.

 
So now I'm getting reports of you going on teamspeak saying I can't do my job right and demanding to speak to management when all decisions are final and what you've done on teamspeak is against the rules. You handle your unban appeal here, not teamspeak. I should just outright deny it, but another staff member can make that determination now.

I heard you were abusive to @Azamaias well.

We work as a team here in this community working from Support > Staff > Management. Your disregard to this is not acceptable. You do not deserve the time and effort that @Thesoldierputs into these appeals. Jumping on to teamspeak to discuss a staff member is incapable of his job is not going to get you unbanned. Thesoldier replied very quickly to your appeal which doesn't normally happen here as there is a waiting period. 

Furthermore, your actions need to be punished and need some time to reflect.
