crzyjam has opened an un-ban appeal

Date & Time you was banned:: when i try to join server it says 26/06/2015
Admin that banned you (Check ban message when you connect to the servers): the soldier (not sure to be honest - see below full message)
In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: I am honestly not sure why i am receiving a banned message. i haven't played the game for about a month due to holiday etc and when i tried to join the server today i get the message 'You were kicked off the game. (Battleye:Admin Kick (Banned! Appeal At Altislife.co.uk:VDM - The Soldier - 25/06/2015))
Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: Sorry not sure ... very surprised to be banned! If more information can be provided i will be happy to try and understand.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: I considered myself to be a very genuine and fair sported player who always tried to follow the rules to the best of my knowledge - and i can only assume i somehow managed to break a rule unintentionally. More than happy to join teamspeak and discuss with admin if required. hopefully this has been a mix-up! :-(

So you are saying that TheSoldier randomly banned you on a day you were not even online?

 
no definatley not - i am saying that a have no recollection of whats happend.

I am not aware of ever seeing, meeting, talking to or knowing 'the soldier' ... i could have quite possibly been online that day but i had no idea i was banned until yesterday.

As previously said happy to chat on ts to try and resolve?

No video I'm afraid as it didn't save, but he has an Alias of Adam checking his stats page. Perhaps someone else was on his account, because unfortunately I can't recall the events of the VDM. But the name Adam does stand out, because it's common, and I think I banned someone under that name.

I can attest that if I ban someone for VDM, I ban for an absolute VDM violation.

hi thanks for the response thesoldier - i have no doubt that you wouldn't have banned someone for no reason but i am still confused as i don't recall any incident. I also don't recall using the alias Adam.

As previously stated i consider myself to be a genuine and fair sported player ... and it certainly wouldn't have been in my character to purposely VDM someone.

 
On and off for about 2 months give or take a week or two.

I purchased ARMA 3 for the sole purpose of playing / joining Altis Life UK.

 
Have you bought your account as you have definitely played here as Adam?

 
No i haven't bought the account - my step son's name is Adam. The steam account is registered in his name.

Is it possible that the first time i played ARMA 3 / Altis Life the alias 'Adam' may have been picked up automatically from steam?

As i stated above i have never used the alias 'Adam' to actually play the game proper.

My alias for the past number of weeks was Charlie Clips. Before that it was Hillbilly Joe ... and that's about the only names i have used when playing.

If i was online at the end of June i can categorically state the alias in use was Charlie Clips.
