In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was with my friends when one of them was arrested so i stood back and watched intending to help once my friend initiated which he did but i waited until the right moment while my friends and the cops had a gun fight. just before i was going to join in my friend got knocked out by a admin and then we all got kicked which i do not understand the reason for. my friends got something saying they baited i did not get this but i'm going to assume this was the reason for me as well but i do not understand why. in your rules you state that baiting is when you try bait for a gun fight by annoying someone, following someone, threatening someone and such but i do not see this as baiting as my friend said let me go or my friends will kill you initiating and so they did not. We waited like 20 seconds and they were going to take him away and so after 20 seconds of telling them we will shoot if they don't let our friend go they did not and so my friends opened fire while i sat back waiting for my opportunity and this continued for around 10-5 minutes. My friends killed a few they got one of mine and then there was a pause. my friend said again let me go or my friends will kill you they did not and so my friend shot and as i was about to pull my gun out the admin came in and used his power to put a stop to a gun fight which from my perspective was in the realm of these rules. and as a little advice for the future i advise you make sure your admins have read the rules and know what is and isn't your so called RP. i understand many of your rules are there to maintain the fun for other people but i think somewhere along the line you have forgotten that and see it as a money grab as everyday i see someone post RDM or something not because the person broke the rule but because they got mad that someone killed them and this is proof that your system is not working and needs stricter management and sadly many of these people who do nothing wrong are banned from no fault of there own but of this systems that you need to improve. i was banned for the reason of a failed system that needs to be improved, i was banned because a admin did not know the situation before jumping the gun and banning people for engaging in a gun fight within your rules. i suggest you make sure your admins have read the rules or completely redo the rules and ban system.
Why should we unban you ?
Why i should be unbanned well there are a lot of reasons but i will try and keep this short. first of all this was completely wrong to ban people who were following your rules and if you keep doing this who will be left to follow these rules. another reason for you to unban me is the fact and this is a fact whether you like it or not i did nothing wrong and so instead of punishing those who are following your rules try and get the people who are not such as those earlier today killing in the green zone for far too long and should have been banned in minutes. the third reason for my unban would be that if you keep banning those who follow your rules who will be left to play your server. as i see it you should take this as a learning opportunity and fix this before it gets too out of hand and as i am a nice fellow i will give you some tips i would suggest you explain your rules better and don't say read the rules because i have, also you should make sure your admins know what they are doing and not just giving power to those who will abuse it as a example this very case we were in a fair fight and then the admin came in and used his power to beat us. but i am willing to forgive this as i'm sure it was a misunderstanding but i do expect from your so called best RP server in Europe to have a higher standards then this. i will say before this i have had a good time on this server it was fun a few things here and there that upset me but to be banned for following your rules is something i would have never thought to happen and i hope you sort this out. this is why i should be unbanned because it shows you don't allow people to be banned for the mistakes of your admins and can own up to your own mistakes and show that you care about your fan base and can take criticism that you don't just ban people cause they disagree with you or you don't like them but you are fair and not bias. if i were you i would take this as a way of showing people you listen to your fan base and care not punish them for the mistakes made by the admins. if you do get offended about this criticism then that means its worked i have pointed out the areas you need to improve upon and hopefully you will.
