I believe i was banned because i was with my friends while they got into a gunfight with the cops and ended up getting banned for baiting, however i was not apart of this conflict, the fact i got banned for this while i can see why i was banned as i was with my friends while they got into this conflict it did annoy me because i did nothing wrong but i can see where the confusion came from.

Why should we unban you ?
Because i don't think i did anything wrong but other then that it has been awhile and i would love to come back on after all this time and enjoy myself like i did before all of this.

You state you weren't a part of the conflict, however our records indicate you were infact taking part in cop baiting and were accused of RDM. What have you been doing in the time since you've been banned?

 
After getting banned we tried getting unbanned however that didn't work and since exams were coming up i decided to focus on those but now that they are out the way i would love to comeback. About these "records" i'm not too sure what you mean but then again i can understand where you are coming from because i was in the zone while the conflicted was happening and i did try to convince the cops to leave so in a manner of speaking yes i was a part of this but i didn't shoot my gun, but in honesty i would have probably joined in after a while longer depending on events that might have unfolded.

 
Yes, i like to think that i have been a part of this server for awhile before my ban. however a long while back when i first found roleplay servers as you no doubt know i got banned off this server for a miss understanding on my part and after this i read the rules.

 
you are aware this is a serious roleplay server? 
So why would it be a good idea to bait cops, So you guys could have a gunfight? 

 
it was not my intention to get into a gunfight which is why i did not get directly involved, before the bullets went flying i tried to persuade the cops to leave and let our friend go when they said no my friends started firing and i stayed on the side. yes i am aware this is a serious RP server i do try my best to make my RP of the highest standards and no i don't think it is a good idea to bait cops just for the sake of a gun fight if you want a gun fight then go to the red zone (assuming there still is one) or rob a gas station and only shoot after initiation.

This is the note from the banning admin.

1. All 4 hanging around just outside the Kavala Police HQ, shooting their rifles and pistols into the floor baiting the cops to investigate

2. After a brief run-around, one of them gets restrained.

3. The restrained fellow uses it as an opportunity to initiate on the officers lives.

4. Sniper starts killing cops.

I'll give you a chance to change or add anything.

 
ok, yes my friends did infact shoot the ground, when we saw the police we ran and they caught one of my friends after this my friend "Jay" the one restrained did try to initiate and i tried to help in the conversation but i really didn't shoot a bullet in the event.

i know you might not believe me for whatever reason you don't have any reason to but im really no troll i think i have proofed this by putting this effort into this unban appeal.

Why would you even consider this to do actions ingame like this ? 
You could just tell your friends let's do something else, 
it does not matter if you fired a shot or not, you was involved.

I am not trying to make my self innocent because i'm not i was with my friends when this happened i am just trying to explain that i was not a part of the gun fight, as stated before in my other comments i did say i was involved with my friends i,e i was helping my friend jay with the initiation which yes the initiation wasn't of the right quality and was shoddy, yes by association i guess i did bait if you chalk it up to that but i was just trying to make it clear that i didn't use my gun while my other friends who did have already been unbanned and explained the situation.

At the end of the day what you say is law this is your server i was only hoping to be a part of it again as i have some fond memory's from this server. 

 
Sorry for bumping this comment but i would just like to add something to my last comment.

As i see you are quoting from DainMK i would like take the oppotunity to say that he said, " I'll take the blame for this as I was the one who didn't shadowplay the situation." As i have already said I am not trying to make myself innocent but I without the video evidence to prove that what I am saying is true then I cannot back up my argument any further although i would like to point out that I would not go through the effort and spend so much time on your server to purposly risk a ban like this.

 
Since you cannot follow simple unban rules, this will be locked for 3 days. 

 
So why would we consider to unban you, if you cant follow simple dispute a ban rules?

I know i am not in the right here whether i fired a gun or not, i should never have been involved in what happened that was my choice and it was a bad one and i accept responsibility for that, what happened was of poor standards and i apologize for that, when i first posted this i truly did believe me not firing a gun or being directly involved mean't i was not a part of it but i understand that was foolish of me to think and i need to be more cautious and aware of what i am doing and how it might affect others and the repercussions of my actions.

I am sorry for bumping the comment my intention was never to do any harm, i wasn't doing it to get seen to quicker or anything as i know the punishment for bumping i just wanted to add some more details to my last comment as i thought it could be useful as it shows there was no video evidence, however i fail to see how this has any effect on my case as it is completely unrelated to this and was just a mild mistake were i should have waited for your response before adding the detail, nonetheless i still apologize.

As i have said i don't believe i was in the right, i also believe i have had my punishment as i have been banned for a long while now and feel i have learn't a lot from this and my time away, i have had time to mature and reflect, one such instance is where we called it a movie, while we did tell our self's it was a movie while doing it i believe we all knew the truth was we just wanted to get the cops on us, this is how we justified our actions as while doing it and after and i believe for a time we did believe it but in the back of our mind we knew why we really did it as we could have done it anywhere else but we did it outside the police station and i want to say sorry for this.

I believe honesty is important and this is what i am trying to be right now as i am honestly sorry for what we did but i also honestly think i have learn't and i honestly believe i deserve a chance, "but why should i give you a chance" you might be thinking well i have no proof of what i say, all i have are words and apologies. the only way to know for sure if i am being honest is to unban me but i understand that every unban you do is a risk.

  1. what if he is lying
  2. what if he breaks a rule
  3. what if he does it again
I think i have proven that i am dedicated as i wouldn't put so much time and effort into this if i was not and i think this should show you that why would i do this just to break a rule.

If i was unbanned and i ever came upon a situation like this again i now know what to do not get involved i will either try and talk the people i'm with out of it and if that fails i would disconnect to avoid the situation or leave the area as fast as possible.

I was banned for a fair reason and have learn't from my mistake and feel like i have had my punishment and so now endeavor to get unbanned, i only hope you can forgive me after all this time and invite me back.

After taking the time to review this, i'll be unbanning you, however you need to find better friends in future, it seems.
