In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned for RDM - which is random death match. RDM is clearly unsuitable for the server as it abolishes any attempt at RP and does not give a fair chance to anyone playing on the server. In my defense I had accidently shot this gentleman. whilst aiming for his tires. I was involved in a long standing situation with a truck carrying illegal goods and thought that this car was part of the same group. I had meant to shoot out tires and failed miserably. I had offered a comp in my error and once I had finished my RP in kavala center, could not find this guy to be able to recompense him for what had happened. I had initiated properly on the tempest and had been in that dispute for at least 5 minutes.

Why should we unban you ?
I understand that I shot this guy and that falls under a rulebreak. but I did not intend to do this and apologized, and offered compensation. once the RP had finished that I was a part of I did try to reach out to this guy and could not find him. my offer to recompense him still stands and this situation was an accident.

So Craig you've been here before recently for another common rule break.. It's a disappointment to see you here again so soon.

Had you not understood our rules after your first ban?

I fully understood the rules after my refresh since my last time here. it is also really upsetting for me to be hear so soon again. I will reiterate the accident on my part and the offer to recompense the gentlemen on the receiving end of the event.

In the time between my last ban I have;

1) joined the NHS - passing the RP test with (and I quote) 'flying colours'

2) improved my RP attempts overall

3) tried to be more active on TeamSpeak and the forums compared to where I was before the 1st time.

4) Created and acted out some really fun RP scenarios in Kavala City center of which many police were involved. ( I wish I could recall the names of the officers involved as they would attest to my RP in these scenarios).

I do not feel like (only my opinion) I should be persecuted for this accidental event. I have refrained from arguing about the actions of the guy in the truck that led to the response of his friends as the evidence shows I broke a rule. Please consider the sincerity and authenticity of my accident.

Although I appreciate your honesty Craig you have been banned again just under a month after your unban... Additional to the warnings you've recieved previously and my closing statement on your last appeal 

On the basis you've actually learnt from this,

I am going to deny this appeal. Feel free to try again in the coming weeks/months however I think you need a time out.
