In your own words, Why do you think you was banned: Because I swore in the Side channel after no body takes action against my report I sent in the same day 9 hours earlier and the guy who I reported have been killing me all day breaking all rules.
He had stole my HEMET I finaly got and he uses it for weed processing and the police then DESTROYS this.

So the guy who is breaking NLR RDMing VDMing is free and still on the server but me who get abused by him have gotten kicked 2 times, and needs to write in nice words how I this ban must be appealed.

I had my last warning last time for TAKING a car OF MY FRIEND as a joke, who both was in RP. Giving a last warning after such mild mistake compared to this, he did not even report itm the admin just kicked me even tho we WERE FRIENDS. And were in RP as drinking beer

And now this time I get all I saved up for destroyed and banned and need to appeal it again. The admins said it was a 15 min ban but not it was not.
I tried contacting admins in TS 4 times today and I got no reply so this guy have been RDMing all day and breaking NLR and VDMing. And me as target  multiple times.

Please copy and paste the rule you think you broke: Swearing in side chat.
Please give reasons why we should give you a final chance: Swearing is my bad but I really expect you to see why this trigger reaction when you have these kind of people on your server and I try contact you 4 times on TS, written an complaints on the forum. And still no result.

You continously kept accusing players of RDM, VDM and other offences in side. I even told you to stop it, which after a few warnings you did. Then right before restart you said in side "SOMEONE KICK THIS RETARD" and somethign else. I warned you about your language, and then the server restarted.

It was not long after restart you once AGAIN called someone a retard. And that was the final straw. A funny things is, i never once got any admin message from you about any rulebreaks via the in game mobile. Only a lot of complaining and shit stirring and general toxic behaviour in side. And i was on for that entire restart. So before you start blaming us admins, maybe you should take a long hard look at yourself?

You were complaining the entire restart, not like you were waiting for a medic or banned for all that time is it?

What are you talking about, are you sure u are talking about me?

I complained at the death, then spawned in Agios and didnt even write a single word except waiting in TS, if not post print screen of what I said and when. because now you are lying

EDIT: and how am I supposed to wait for a medic when the server restarted and I was dead at this time so I lost my gear

Can someone please atleast come back and say how long I am banned!?!?

I am sorry for swearing like I said but I just want you to also understand why this trigger the reaction.

and sorry for my attitude but this guy have been killing me all day and I got enough of it when the cops then destroyed what I was working for and I had nothing to say about it because I got banned.

I just want answer for how long my ban is, the admin said 15 miniutes but now it has passed alot more than 15 miniutes.

Editing again, I understand I should have tried to contact admin ingame instead. But I got no reply, I am sorry for my behavior also. I just want to say even if u decide to keep me banned after what I been trhough on ur server I want to say you really have the best altis life server, my friends and some others gang was gonna try to swtich but this is simply the best, and everyone come back to this one.

so i will really miss your server
