I killed someone while they had comma taken and there was an initiation he did on the guy with cons he didn’t have therefore the initiation wasn’t valid for me

Why should we unban you ?
I believe that you believe everyone deserves a second chance ultimately the decision is up to you but really enjoy your server and would like to be a part of it ounce again. I understand I am in the wrong and was really mad that I was banned and am sorry for lying to the admin. Have a great rest of your day

Before we proceed could you answer a couple of questions for me
1. Were you aware that your friend didn't have communications
2. What rule(s) were broken in the situation that lead to your ban
3. Could you explain said rule(s) and why they exist?

1. I was aware comms were taken when he was unrestrained we thought he had comms still but after careful review of the rules says otherwise 

2. The rules I broke were rdm and meta gaming due to me still being relayed information while his come were taken, and rdm because the initiation that my buddy gave was invalid when I shot the guy.

3. (2.2) RDM engaging a person without any form of quality role play. 

(3.5.1) when you communications have been taken from another player you may not use third party group chat to communicate

3.) they exist to maintain a fair and quality role play server

Why did you when confronted by an admin showed a bad attitude and attempted to lie your way out of the situation instead of of admitting to your mistake?

At the time I wasn’t very educated on the rules and I was mad I got myself into the situation. Now that I am educated on the rules I feel as if it won’t happen again @KingGodDiabloZ

Looking at your record you have a history of having a bad attitude towards members of the staff team. Seeing you got a previous warning for having a really bad attitude towards a member of staff when your friend was being told off for teleporting. You made multiple sarcastic comments and said he should be dealing with bigger shit and doing his job properly. You also started to run around screaming this persons name and saying "I know you are here I'm not fucking retarded". Do you often have a bad attitude when people tell you off in some sort of way or when you disagree with people?

No that was one time was because I kept telling him to “please watch these people because they are blatantly rdming” I wasn’t in a bad mood because of the staff member I was in a bad mood because I just got my vehicle stolen without initiation. Though I don’t know what that has to do with the case of rdm we are currently discussing the answer is no.

I have consulted with the admin that gave out the warning and you didn't only told him to "please watch these people because they are blatantly rdming". You had a horrible attitude towards him and had an attitude of go do your job properly instead of worrying about my friends breaking rules. And then in the ban notes it said you also had a bad attitude in this situation and tried to lie your way out of it. You seem to have a habit of lying in appeals and towards staff members. 

No thank you. Try again when you're completely honest and willing to change.
