In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because i was rightly delivered a warning for swearing at another player, i was then banned for bad attitude on text and voice.

Why should we unban you ?
I accept the first warning for swearing and understand I shouldn't off, this was because that player killed me, although i know that is no excuse. I was then banned because i was typing bad attitude, although i disagree to this because i was eating, therefore i had to type. I wasn't intending to give off bad attitude to the admin, it was took the wrong way as it easily can on text.

Not only was the content of what you wrote in global chat completely unacceptable, when you were warned in global chat you denied it then told the person who was informing you it was a rule break to shut up. 

Then you refused to chat with an admin.

You can see why you were banned; you can also see why it will be very difficult to belive you if you say you will follow the rules, or even know them.

What would you do differently next time?

 
I don't really have much else to say on the matter, i'm not begging to be unbanned on a game server. I would although like to simply apologize and stress that it was out of character for myself, and the incident is something that I don't plan on doing again. I acted in a poor manner, that was immature and rude and possibly offensive to people. I'm sorry, i simply wouldn't say the things i did next time.

 
You did indeed act in a poor manner. 

Hopefully, you've learnt your lesson and won't be repeating your actions, I will be unbanning you on this occasion though I would advise that you're not likely to be let off so easy in the future, have a good read of the rules before you return.
