So you were banned for breaking the old 8.3.4 rule (now known as 9.3.4) - Doing illegal activities whilst on duty as ARAC.  This was also influenced by your past history of being banned for VDM and also breaking NLR previously.

That being said, since its been almost 3 years since your ban we'll take it into consideration so -:
