In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
According to the forums, I was banned for 2.1/2.2 which is VDM/RDM, this ban had happened 6 months ago, from what I can remember this was a misunderstanding on my end. We had came from a Altis Life Server which gang initiation was a thing and we had people claim gang initiation on us before on the server so we assumed it was a rule, but as we have just read it is not a rule and I have to initiate for each person, or initiate my friends into the fight

Why should we unban you ?
My friend and I provide excellent RP for everyone we interact with, we just had a slight misunderstanding in this incident as I stated we came from a server that had gang initiation, we have read the rules and would like to be given another chance to prove that I can provide excellent RP for everyone I interact with, and that I will read, understand, and follow all the rules that are in place on this server.

can remember this was a misunderstanding on my end.

If by "misunderstanding" you mean your misunderstanding of our server rules than I'd have to agree. You VDM an individual, than immediately decamp and "Roleplay" (heavy quotation marks) with him with a "Get out of the vehicle, Get out of the vehicle" and instantaneously open fire. Not only do you commit an act of VDM, you don't even attempt to apologize, proceeding to supply near to no role play and start a gunfight. I'd love to know what planet you're from of which you think that is anywhere near "Providing excellent RP for everyone we interact with" as you so proclaim.

Anyhow, I'm not going to even go near the "Gang Initiation" thing with a barge pole, I believe (and hope) you've come to the understanding of why that's not allowed. So, hence my question: If you were involved in an identical situation as the one that you got banned in, what exactly would you change in regards to how you carried out your actions.

Well Yankee, the only misunderstanding of the server rules I had was the rule of Gang Initiation, but you said you aren't going near that with a "barge pole" so we will move on from that. As you know Arma 3 has major desync especially with my internet I usually am ahead of people on my screen, when in reality I am closer to them than I think. So the ramming off the road was not intentional as I know that is against the rules, my plan was to get in front of him to slow him down and initiate on him then. When the accidental VDM came about I should have backed off the situation and not initiated on the individual as even if the VDM is accidental it can still be punishable, but please do not sit here and try and insult me, firstly it won't work and secondly you are a staff member there is no need to speak to a member in that way. Obviously if someone does not listen to my demands I am going to take actions I deem necessary. But I understand that this server has very strict rules so I know that I need to read the individual a paragraph and state everything that I will do if he does not listen to my demands, and I must give him AMPLE enough time to respond, even if he does not listen to me right away, IE: driving away when i say get out of the car, I must first allow this person to drive off and gain a tactical advantage on me, sounds like a great idea. But to answer your question. I will make sure if I accidentally VDM someone I will not initiate on them, but if I do not have the right to properly initiate on someone, I will ensure that I state that their life will be taken if they do not listen to my demands, and allow them a fair amount of time to react when my demands are stated.

to be honest, I dont see nay issue with yankee just pointing something out he does not agree on. 

But there is no need to go deeper into that, it will only get people more annoyed. 
Now firstly i wanna say i aprewciate the effort you put into this so far. 
So you clearly understand what you did was wrong. 
Now we need to decide, If this would happen again. What do you think wiol this happen again? 
And tell me what your plans are here, And what your endgoal is.

Thank you Jefke V for stepping in here, I would like to say that this will not happen again, as I stated I will make sure I follow the rules to a T and if I happen to mess up in a scenario because it was heat of the moment, I will either stop the RP or afterwards I will comp the individuals and talk to them about the situation and admit where I went wrong. My plan is come back to a great RP community/server and enjoy creating alliances/rivalries with other gangs in the server. My buddy and I really enjoy, and bring excellent, RP to servers we go on. We played on this server for awhile but then had multiple people accuse us of breaking rules and they were proven wrong because I had video evidence, they were just upset they were killed. I just want to get back into the server, enjoy great RP with the community and rise to the top with my buddy.

Staff will deal with reports when and whenever they can and an appeal is not locked to one singular staff member, so don't think that because another staff member replied that they are taking over and/or "Stepping in" as per the little statement you have put above only seeps of attitude so it would be wise to quit it alongside anything else you try and lace with attitude.

In your last appeal, you tried quite some time ago now, you were very much in the mind that you and your friends had done nothing wrong whatsoever as seen from:

Alongside the rest of your excuses in why we should unban you. I am curious as to why all of sudden during the time between then and now that you don't seem to fully be under that illusion that you had done nothing. Why is that exactly, what has changed since then?

I am also curious as to why it has taken you so long to try and appeal your ban again as during the last one you decided to post it then bugger off completely and as such failing to reply to the appeal which then timed out. So explain to us what you have been doing during that time and why only now you decide to take the notion to try and appeal.

But he did just that, he stepped into the appeal, take my words however you please, I have no right to tell you otherwise. I may be giving "attitude" as you put it because of the way I am being picked apart for every little detail I put into my appeal and responses to staff members. 

The fact you are saying I am making excuses to get you guys to relieve the ban on me is childish, they are not excuses, I am simply stating what I did wrong, how I will change it, and handle my further RP experiences. I admitted that when I accidentally VDMed the individual then proceeded to break the rules by continuing initiation. I stated I did nothing at that time, because that was the 50th person to accuse me and my friends of breaking the rules, mind you all other instances were brought to TS to get resolved and no forum posts were made to my knowledge, but in the heat of the moment I thought I had done nothing wrong, because as I stated earlier we played on multiple other RP servers where vehicle ramming was not a punishable offence, unless the vehicle was destroyed and the individual was killed in the ramming. Although this vehicle collision was not purposeful, again as I stated earlier I was trying to get in front of him to slow him down and get him off the road. 

If I am being honest why does it even matter the time I took to appeal again after my first one. Do I have to state everything that has been going on in my life? Do I really have to sit here and tell you why I did not respond to my first appeal? I am an adult, I have a life outside of getting relieved of my ban on server, especially when I am constantly accused of breaking the rules. I stated earlier, I had many people attempt to get my banned, and they were proven wrong. I am taking the time now because my buddy and I are wanting to get back into a solid RP server, your question was pretty much answered in a previous reply of mine.

Your attitude towards the staff members dealing with this report (which they do voluntarily in their own time, I might add) has not improved. If anything, calling aforementioned staff "childish" simply makes things worse for yourself.
