2.1 / This is VDM which is using a vehicle, usually a car, to knock a player down and rob, steal or kill them. It also covers using vehicles against other vehicles. Other than some cars which are allowed to hit each other.

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was warned at first for VDM, which was fair and was my fault, i am not the best driver and made that clear to admin and informed him that it was a accident and he understood. Because i did not do anything to the person i knocked down he warned me. Then 2-3 hours later me and a friend where about to steal a helicopter when a car crashed into the side of the helicopter causing it to blow up. I was informed today that this was the reason i was banned. Because the admin believed i was the one that crashed into the helicopter when i was not.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe that i should be unbanned due to the fact that the admin has made an error of who crashed into the helicopter, i imagine this was difficult for the admin to figure out who was the one that caused the crash but it was not me. I believe that if i'm accepted back into the community I can continue to enjoy the game in the best ARMA life server i have played on. I accept that the first case of VDM, even though it was accidental, was my fault but i don't believe that, it should be enough to stop me from proving that it was a one time event and it wont happen again.

My last appeal was denied on the basis that i was ban evading which i have proven i wasn't and the other player has been unbanned.

Do you have any proof to support your claim?

My computer currently isnt good enough to support me running arma with OBS and it not effecting my frames to the point where i would struggle to play. So i do not have any proof. Does the server have any logs that show data like that, which you  could check.

I was arrested by a police officer straight after if that helps.

The staff member who banned you makes it very clear what happened as he was watching you from when he warned you to when drove straight into a helicopter.

I am telling the truth, me and my friend got out and went to steal it when someone crashed into it. I was not the one who crashed into the helicopter. I am not lieing and there would be no benefit to me crashing into that helicopter. Me and my friend had full gear and where about to do meth runs, so there would be no benefit in me to commit suicide. The admin must have made a mistake. I have been trying to appeal this for 8 days, i wouldn't just lie now. Especially if there was no benefit for me lieing. I've already said that I VDMed someone previously and was let off with a warning. Is it really that difficult for this community to put any level of trust in a person, i was banned for ban evading just becauses i connected from the same house and now im being fully open and truthful again and im instantly getting called a lier again. I've honestly given you no reason to no trust me. Why would i play for 20+ hours in 2 days if i was just here to take the piss? And why would i reply so fast if i didn't care? Why would i keep appealing and join teamspeak and discord if i Wasn't serious?

We do give players a level of trust. We trust them not to break the rules. We trust them to do the right thing on our servers. We trust the people who have spent thousands of hours playing on this community as a staff member ie the person who banned you.

I will keep the next part simple trust is earned not given. 

I was willing to trust that what you were saying was true and I was looking at processing this unban. However, the attitude you have just shown makes me not trust that you are to be trusted on our server again yet.
