I was banned for threatening to report another player in side chat unless they came and talked to me on team speak over an issue that had occurred.

Why should we unban you ?
I think you should unban me because I have fully revised the rules and I am now aware that it is against the rules to threaten in side chat. I have also begun to contribute the the role play community and engaged in RP a lot during my time on the servers so far.

You've not been here long, but apparently you threaten to report a different person each week you've been here. If we hadn't have banned you, I have a feeling you would have continued.

Now you seem to know that NLR doesn't apply if you have been RDM'd, so I can only presume you have read the rules. Why then do you ignore the part about resolving situations in game?

Your correct in that I have read the rules and I have read them again but couldn't find the rule about resoliving situations in game so please could you point me to it so I can completely understand it. I honestly wasn't aware of this rule and I'm sorry that I broke it.

I'll give you a clue - as it's an important rule we keep it in the same section as VDM/RDM/Exploiting.

The fact that you have missed it worries me slightly.

I actually just re checked the rules as you replied and found rule 2.8 which clearly states the rule I broke. Not sure why I didn't find it the first time I checked, sorry about that. I have re read it and the rest of the rules and now fully understand what I did wrong.

Next time you are involved in a dispute, how would you handle it?

RP scenario: I have just RDM'd you. What do you do?

I would say once in the out of roleplay chat "*name* please come to TS" then I would either discus the situation with them in TS or if they didn't join teamspeak I would take action on the forums.

I will not threaten to report them in chat or keep asking the player to come to TS over and over agian.

That's right, you won't. We are more than capable of seeing the things you have typed in game, and if you continue with the old attitude, I will not give you further chances.
