In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I tried to pop someones tire with a shot but missed and hit him in the head by accident.
Why should we unban you ?
So we were in a chase for at least 15 minutes with a person who stole my friend and clan leader's car. We initiated clearly in our vehicle and as he was repairing the stolen vehicle and even if he did not hear this i fired 3-4 warning shots at the bottom of his car. After 4-5 minutes we spotted him again and closed the distance as he crashed , he clearly saw us and began to run so i , as the gunner of the vehicle, shot another 3-4 shots attempting to pop his tire. I shot 3-4 because i knew the car was upgraded and hard to damage but i missed and shot him in the head. After this you can hear me in the video state " i got him guys!" i said this to inform my gang that he had been shot and the chase no longer needed to go on. After this the player asked to speak to me but i had to go irl as it was getting late and i am in collage so i needed to go. The next day he asked me again to speak but this happened to be literally as i was going off and again i had to go in real life. I have been off the server for 2 months as yes , i should of used some more RP and been more careful with firing the shots. From my view this was a complete accident and i did not mean to kill him but i have learnt my lesson and will be much careful in the future. It would of been fair if it was just a week or two ban as i have never RDM'd anyone before this and had never had a warning for failed RP. Thank you for considering my reasons of an unban appeal.
