we got pursued bu some cops and the driver in my car jumped out and shot at the cops. one of them said it was rdm and banned all of the people in the car!

Why should we unban you.
this was many months ago and i didnt even have a gun on me! i was only on the server for 30 min before i got banned... i didnt really care at the time but now i wanna start playing on the server but realized i was banned

Why did you take so long to appeal. You were part of a group that attempted to RDM with guns, and everyone who had a gun was banned. 

In your own words what are the rules regarding police sirens and initation?

When is it ok to shoot at another player?

 
it took so long to appeal because i didnt really get to try this server and i just went looking for a new one, but now my friends started playing on the server and they like it so i wanted to give it a shot.

you are not supposed to shoot at someone unless they are a threat to you and your friends and dont do as you say. or they fire the first shot towards you.

you use yor sirens to stop vehicles and when you're i pursuit or when you are getting close to a crime scene

yes we had guns but it was only the driver that had bullets. i didnt bother to make a ban appeal but now i do. that is many months ago and im now a more experienced arma player

 
Terms of unban are the following: 2 Weeks no firearms. No using any firearm, no owning firearms, and no taking part of any violent activities (Robbery, Carjacking, Etc...) This is to help you improve your roleplay skills and teach you to use your voice and brain before using a gun. I would suggest you could use this time to attempt to join the medics as it would be a good option to pass the time.

If you agree, an unban will be granted.
