In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I was banned because I was not hotmicing my communications to my mate when I was in speaking distance to a person we were considering robbing. I also was looking through the ganglist. In addition, I was given a 1.7 ban, however, I am not completely sure why but I assume it comes under common sense.

Why should we unban you ?
I believe you should unban me because I am sorry for my actions. I had clearly not read the rules thoroughly as to be completely honest I was unaware of the hotmicing rule. Next time I will ensure I read the rule from top to bottom to make sure I am completely aware of all rules, including minor ones, not just major ones. After reading the comment on the report and seeing the hotmicing comment I instantly went onto the rules and I read it over again, as I was unaware of the rule before. I then read the rules completely in depth afterwards to make sure I had not missed any other rules to insure I don't make the same mistake again. I am really sorry for meta-gaming and it had given me an unfair advantage whilst roleplaying.

I assume the 1.7 ban is for common sense, due to the fact I have had a few previous bans; I understand why you have given this to me, I apologize for breaking rules again however I have been banned for quite a long time, and during the period played on other servers similiar to this one; which have the same basic rules however slight differences when it comes to the minor rules (e.g. hotmicing), however I understand this is not an excuse.

So, with all these chances, you still didn't bother to read the rules thoroughly?  Why should we even consider unbanning you now if you're just gonna end up getting banned again judging from your record?

I understand how bad it looks on my record having 4 past bans and 3 past warnings but honestly, for the most part I was trying my best to stick to the rules (at least the ones I knew), and for the most part my most recent bans have been because of a shitty situation or lack of knowledge. I wouldn't deliberately break rules without a valid reason. Yes maybe I didn't read the rules properly but I can assure you I have now. I'm not really sure how I can prove it to you but the rules are now fresh in my mind and I'm trying my best. I'm sorry for breaking them.

With the quotes, - I'm just being honest, In the past I had a decent knowledge of the rules however as shown by the report I didn't have an extensive knowledge of all the rules. However, that isn't the case know and I know all the rules and I have even memorized quite a few by their number. For the second quote, "I wouldn't break a rule without a valid reason", I know this may sound bad but what I'm trying to get through is that I'm trying my best to be 'good' and stick to the rules. And that I would only break the rules with a valid reason, valid being one that the admins would also consider valid. 

I believe you should spend more time on you because I believe I could bring things to this server, for example, I am currently growing a gang, (Tijuana Cartel) and it managed to gain about 8 members in a week, and I believe if i were to be unbanned, that gang could grow exponentially and have a big impact on the server's rebel life. I have a quite high standard of members within the gang and they have a much cleaner slate when it comes to warnings and bans than I do and they all seem to have a good knowledge of the rules too.

I have also been considering possibly applying for a medic in the near future if I were to be unbanned, as I currently have a different member running the gang as I'm unable to do so at this moment in time.
