Hello again guys , I was banned cause I random death matched but I didn't know how the rules worked, I just saw a guy lockpicking my car and my friend told him to stop then he draw his weapon and shot him down but we didn't saw it was binocular. And this is my third unban request and I apologise about that I had alot of things to do, I had to work alot cause in those moments I was hired by a good company and I had to give all my best to remain in that possition and I didn't had time even to spend with unban.

 

Why should we unban you ?
Because I still want to play on your server , plus, I've been in a long break and I'm going to reread the rules at the first unban appeal I wrote what happened after I killed that guy not before and they said about me that i'm lying .Thanks , and I hope you will understand what i write .

Additionally, you've been witnessed breaking the RDM rule on two occassions.. One on a forum report and one by a staff member.. Anything to say?

As i said I wrote what happened after I killed that guy not before and they said about me that i'm lying , and now i can record too with shadowplay everytime and i will have a proof for everything i do .

And maybe the staff will give me a chance to play again , i'm not perfect everybody's doing mistakes, and now i will respect the rules

I do not remember exactly what happened after i killed him but it was a little war i mean other ppl come with guns too..it's been a long time since, now I do not know exactly but I know I panicked a little

in your last appeal you tried to play the "I'm innocent" game. 
You saw this did not work. so you trying this time the "I dont Remember" game. 
i am not buying this. i think you know very well what happened. 
Is this what we can expect from you, not taking responsibility for your own actions? 

 
You know i write up there exactly what happen AFTER i killed him not before why you guys can t understand this? How many times i need to write the same thing,  i m not playing any game,  i want to get unbanned and play on the server,  that s what i want,  simply.  it will not repeat again,  now i will not break the rules again, if you want to know what happen AFTER i killed him,  read my first unban appeal,  thanks.

well if you did not noticed this is your Appeal. it is you thast need to convince us.
That you will behave. you first appeal got timed out. then you make a new one. dont give us any details. 
And then tell us if you want to know what happened read my first appeal. 
I dont like your attitude at all. And i even dont feel confortable to give you a other chance at this point. 
So i gonna give you one more chance to give us the full details.

now I will write how it happened,  i was with my friend seal i was goin to kavala with a truck full of weed/cocaine ,  so we parked our truck near the Church i think something like that. Then we tried so sell some weed but that Church was full of ppl 

and after I left the church i saw this guy lockpicking my car and i start to shoot him without initiate then i got ban,  i can t write all right now i m working i will edit when i ll arrive home

and here it s from my first unban,  here explained what happen AFTER i.killed that guy

ello my name's CataStef , so i m here to explain all , me and my friend ( seal ) i was near the church in Kaval , he was goin to sell some coca , then when he came back to his car 2 guys was coming to him and start speaking then , one of them pulled out a pistol and telld to him to put hands up , i pull out my gun and goin there to help him , i shoot that guy down then , second guy killed my friend then i hide , i saw the second one aim to me and i killed him too , i ran away to a corner a guy said to me to calm down when i turned back to him he pulled out the pistol and start shooting , i turned back too and i killed him , i that moment another guy with his friend starting to rob our car and he was already at the driver site and i started to shoot him , second guy runned to hide behing a car and put his smg pulled out so we started shooting eachother and we died both , when i was on the ground , after 3-5 minute i got banned

Edit: And i want to add one more thing , behind the church when that guy who was behind me started to shoot was a civilian , when we started to shoot eachother that civilian died because he was in our crosshair .

Now i hope.will be fine.

 
If you were to get into the above situation again, your friend was being robbed at the drug dealer, had a gun pointed in his face and you wanted to help, what should you do?

 
Depends on situation I would go flanking the bandit trying to point my gun at his face sneaky saying to him "put your hands up,  if you try to shoot you will die too" or if I don't have a gun I will just call 911 if that guy doesn't see me or i would negotiate to no one be injured

It's been a little while and you've shown a decent understanding of what you can/can't do. I suggest you look through the accepted/denied reports on the forums to gain a greater understanding of what is good/bad here.

Please comment here once you've looked through a few.

Additionally, don't repeat the shitty attitude you've shown above, it won't be tolerated again.

 
I already did that before making the unban reqeust 

thank you for not closing my unban request , i had some bad days so that's why i respond with that attitude i was angry , it will not repeat , i will read more posts right now to be sure for what i will do , thank you very much appreciate that !

 
What's with the text changes through the appeal? Why do you keep making it big and change the colors?
