In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
I had crashed my car, and some police officers came over and then scrapped the car which I was in. This caused a bug, which I then proceeded to skype my friend and talk to him due to the fact I couldn't talk to him in game. The medics then came over to us and revived us and then helped us, while I was in a skype call, which made it unable for me to speak. Although I clearly stated that I was in a skype call in the chat, they proceeded to ban me for not having a mic.

Furthermore, I'm not sure why it says "abuse" as I was not offensive, did not swear or be rude in any way to the medics or anybody else on the server as a matter of fact.

Why should we unban you ?
Because, I actually do have a mic, and can prove this to anyone in-game or through ts, in addition to this, I am a regular visitor to the server (currently every single day since I got the game) and have made great friends here, and I think it would be a shame to have multiple friendships ruined as a result of a simple misunderstanding. Although I do apologise for this, and accept full responsibility for my actions, and I'm only asking for a second chance, and will make sure that this situation does not occur again.

I apologise for this roleplay, and understand that it was an rp server, although as stated above I was experiencing technical difficulties at the time. This ultimately caused me to become slightly agitated as I thought I was going to lose my inventory of items.

Furthermore, the supposed chat log above doesn't load for me, but I don't remember "slating" the NHS (although forgive me if I'm wrong), although I do remember criticising them about their response time, due to them only being 400m away at the time, and me and my friend waiting for over 20 minutes, when in the end around 4 or 5 medics come at the same time.

On the other hand, I do apologise for my actions, which I know were completely unacceptable and won't be tolerated on this server. I hope you find it in yourselves to forgive me for what I have done, as I do in fact have a working mic (which I can prove). Although I cannot justify my actions, and understand that I am responsible.

If you do decide to show me pity, I will take it upon myself to not do this again, and make sure under no circumstances to not RP and/or use abusive language towards anyone.

There's tons of chat logs of you using group chat.

If you truly do have a microphone, please join the RPUK teamspeak, and speak to a support member. Once they confirm you do have a microphone have them post here.

 
@Thesoldier asked me to reply saying that I spoke to him and he has a mic

Ok confirmed you do have a microphone.

But why "shit talk" the medics, are you aware they are a whitelisted roleplay faction and have a number 1 priority over roleplay than reviving?

 
I am now aware of this, and understand that I am in the wrong. I will strive to improve on my mistakes, and will not make this mistake again, regardless of the server. In addition to this, I don't want to cause controversy, but the words that I have said have only been broadcast to two people (my gang). Although this doesn't make it right, I would wish that you take this into account,

Here at RPUK we take the rules and roleplay very seriously. Please read over the rules before you play again, because if you reoffend within a 3 month period from this date you find yourself subject to a permanent ban without appeal.
