I was banned because i was being an idiot. Last time i tried to get unbanned i said i did a sloppy u-turn, but im not so sure about that. This VDM rule should not be taken lightly and i broke the rule and that is all there is to the story.

Why should we unban you ?
I don't know why you should unban me, other than it will save me to buy another copy of Arma. There is no other community like yours and if given a second chance i know i will not make the same mistake again.

So you are willing to ban evade ? If you do that then it'll be your loss as we will find you with ease and you will have wasted money and be permanently banned so I suggest you refrain from doing that.
