The date of your ban.
09/04/2016

Member of the team that banned you.
Ruthless

Reason given for your ban.
RDM and glitching!

The Server you initially were banned on.
Server 1

In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
It's pretty clear from the evidence provided against me that I RDM'd a cop, although at the moment when the event was taking place I wasn't familiar with the rules regarding RDM and I thought that getting chased by a cop car with it's sirens on was an initiation on itself, I thought that being threated was enough of a reason to defend myself and i didn't think of that as being illegal regarding the server rules. But after getting more familiar with the server rules, I realize that what I did was not allowed. After being arrested I glitched out of my handcuffs with a bug in the addon that allowed jumping, which looking back upon the incident right now I realize that it was a stupid thing to do and i take full responsibility for my actions.

Why should we unban you ?
I think that the reason you should give me another chance at rejoining the community is that I've learned my lesson with the harsh but fair verdict that the staff decided on. I've learned from my mistakes and feel ashamed of my earlier actions but i hope that the community can forgive me for my wrongdoings and give me another chance.

Could you please Quote the RDM rule and the rule regarding restrained glitching

(2.2) RDM (Random deathmatch) Is when you randomly shoot another player without initiating on them. Initiating can be done either by ingame voice or the ingame chat most likely Direct chat.

(2.4) Exploits, Using any kind of exploits to your advantage is against the rules.

Im not to sure which rule is about the glitching, but i think this is the most close one. The other ones were about if you are restrained your communication is removed from outside the game and inside the game.

Explain the Exploiting Rule in your own words.

Explain what you would do if you were to be unbanned and the police decided to follow you.

Exploiting means abusing a bug/glitch in the game or a mod to gain unfair advantage over other players that shouldn't be poissble by playing fair.

If i were to be followed (chased) by police and i were to be a wanted criminal i would try to escape the police officers trying to stop the car without any violence, if that were to be impossible i would initiate the police through voice chat clearly so the other party could understand my intentions, if the same police officers still continue to chase me after a time i had given for them to stop i would then open fire to protect myself from being arrested since the officers failed to comply with my demands/orders.

Could you please clarify why you would initiate and shoot after that and not just roleplay with the police?

Since after i have initiated the police, they have a valid reason to shoot me since i have threatened to harm them, they would feel threatened and have a reason to open fire upon me. Most likely ending with me being downed and incarcerated, previous statement that i wrote is how i would play out the scenario if the police is really aggressive (i.e. trying to immoblize the vehicle or generally aiming firearms towards the car, me or my passengers). Otherwise if there is a possibilty to roleplay with the police then i'd try my best to do so.

There is no definitive answer to that question, all that I can do on my end is promise that I will follow the rules. It is your decision to make if you'd like to take my promise for granted or not.
