In your own words, Please type why you think you was banned
I was being robbed by two guys, whilst I was looking for an opportunity to escape I saw that the man pointing the gun at me was distracted so I pulled my gun and shot him. I then realized that he had been run over by a truck. He then blamed me for VDMing him and taking advantage of the script when the fact of the matter is I did not know the guy driving nor did I notice he had VDM over him.

Why should we unban you.
I took advantage of when he turned his back to me, I didn't notice the truck and only after did I understand what happened. But the main reason I was banned is because they think the person driving the truck is related to me, he's not, and because of it Papasmurphy and I was banned. The guy in the truck is not with me nor did I even notice he was there until after the incident. I was in my rights.

Player was not banned for VDM but exploiting the VDM script by killing the player while he was knocked down and defenseless. Regardless  if he was not involved in the VDM, it's still considered an exploit because when the person is in the script they are unable to run or shoot.

Okay fair enough as its not actually in the rules i wasn't aware of this been an exploit, so I presumed he was banned in a collaborated VDM which we discovered was not the case. I understood why Mad Dawg did what he did if that was a real life situation, i would be thinking I am so lucky the guy holding me up got knocked down this is my chance to escape. But now you have pointed out that it is an exploit i totally understand why he was banned.  @camo You need to look at this and explain yourself buddy.

 
I understand now, I'm deeply sorry for this, I now realize what I did was terribly wrong and I will not do this again in the future. If you search on the forums you'll find good examples of good rp that people shoutout for, I'm sorry for what I did and hope you can understand how sorry I am and give me a final chance.
