Breaking rules because of not understanding the NLR acronym

Why should we unban you ?
Do to not understanding the acronyms meaning at the time I broke this rule innocently. If you would please give this your full thought and consideration to allow me to once again become part of the best server that I have ever played it would be greatly appreciated. During the last 6 months whilst banned it has given me time to reflect on how much mutual respect that you guys have for each other and I wish to be part of that again. If your decision is favourable that I will endeavour to follow game rules and do my upmost to never break them again.
I hope to be able to enjoy endless hours of game play with you soon.

The Rule I Broke was rule 5.3 witch means you cannot return within 1000m of where you last died for 15 minutes after the situation took place witch is displayed on the top left of the screen. 

 
If put in a similar situation again? What would you do different ?

 
I would try to roleplay the situation out with me being left alive if failed I would not go back there for 15 minutes and within 1km of where I died I truly swear if I am unbanned you wont see me on these unban appeal again.

 
Caithomas2, can you explain to us, to the best of your understanding, why we might have this rule in place?

 
I Believe That You have this rule in place to make role play possible in someways because if you Didn’t Have NLR the police would come straight away because they would call them and you could come straight back with your mates or on your own and kill them

And i found some pretty interesting stuff to say the least.

Well It Sounds Like The Typical Excuse But That Is Actually My Brother He Used To Play Your Server I Don’t Know If You Found Out The Password Was The Same Or Something But Yes That’s My Bro Not Actually Me.

 
So why then do both accounts have history of using the same name "[DOK]Cai"?

Ban evading is a serious offence as it shows total disregard for our rules. We will be doing some digging, however this is your one and only chance to be honest with us. If we find out that you are lying to us, then don't expect to play here again. 

 
My Brother Doesn’t Have his own pc so I Sometimes Let Him Use Mine so he was using his steam account but when u make the user names go on to the other steam account to so for the first time he logged on as me but occasionally I did play because I just couldn’t wait to play your server again but it was not very often at all
