In your own words, please type why you think you were banned.
i was banned for 'VDM', there was an incident at the airport where two people in a quillin were calling my mate a kid and squeaky etc, so we decided to follow them until they got outside of the greenzone to talk about it or hold them up etc, i pulled a quillin at the airport to pursue them and we slightly collided on the way out.

as you can see from my POV it looks like the guy turns into me, but on long beards i turn into him.

Why should we unban you ?
I feel as if i have been really hard done by on this ban, if long beard couldve approched to me and spoke to me before he just banned me this couldve been resolved easily in my opinion. I would like to be unbanned because i am really enjoying my time on the server and it would be silly to end my playing time on here because of this stupid incident.

Hello mate.

As you recorded events, can you please provide a video roughly 3 mins leading up to the explosion? This would most likely provide key information.

Also, you state you feel really hard done by, and this could have been averted had I spoken to you prior to the ban. It's worth me mentioning that I did speak to you after the incident and after going through the video with you step by step and explaining my reasons for taking action, you agreed with my interpretation and concurred that from my perspective it looked like VDM. Again, a 3 min video from your perspective may help clear this up.

It's also worth mentioning that in some circumstances, as staff we give warnings rather than bans. This is usually if the player is new, has possibly not read or understood the rules, or if it's a long standing member with a clean record. In your case, before issuing you with a ban, I checked your player record and discovered 3 prior bans and multiple warnings. Hence why I felt a warning was not appropriate in this instance. I don't feel it was unfair, but hopefully, the evidence you provide from your perspective will prove me wrong.

Unfortunately I do not have the video anymore, just the GIF of the collision at the end. I had to free up some space on my hard drive and I had a lot of arma clips that were taking up a lot of room so I just got rid of them all not thinking I would need the videos anymore.

That's a shame mate. I would have thought, given a ban was administered, and you were obviously recording, you would have saved this vital evidence. 

As I stated during our conversation, in the interest of fairness, I will not make the final call on this appeal, but I may jump in with questions if I deem it necessary.

Player cameron the vdm'er was kicked (VDM - By CSI Long Beard on 03/03/2018) by an unknown admin

I think the above server log shows what you think of this ban. Your reputation to staff is pretty poor as is and that just puts the cherry on top..

Take some more time away before appealing again. Your maturity level is quite obviously not at the level of "adult community" yet.
